I had a 2 night stay at the Parsippany Hilton and it was great. Everything is first rate. The Starbucks in the lobby makes for an easy start to the day. The food at Ruth's Chris was superb. My room was quite roomy and well appointed. The Bed and pillows were just right...

I booked the hotel for a surprise as a night away for my best friend. The hotel was lovely and clean. The room was nice for what we needed. The beds and sheets were so comfy. We had appetizers and drinks in Ruth Chris’s Steakhouse. The shrimp was tasty and the drinks delicious.

I am thrilled to read your comments about the hotel, our amenities and, of course about Ruth's Chris and our surrounding community. We are so fortunate to be surrounded by such wonderful options for food, beverage, shopping and more. I will personally let our spa team know of your comments - I know they will be very excited. Best wishes, Jay Haratsis Complex General Manager

My husband and I stayed at the Parsippany Hilton in October 2018. We were attending a convention but went to our room to rest a bit during the afternoon. The next thing we know the fireman is beating on the door yelling for everyone to get out. Turns out there was a bomb

Good Stay, Slow Internet, Friendly Staff, Horrible In Room Dining, Great dinner at Ruth Chris, Breakfast staff very very helpful. Rates could be better for Hilton Honors members with more incentive to stay at Hilton.

So I need to tell you a few things about this hotel. After I wrote my review there was apparently a management change. It has went WAY downhill. They have a lounge but the coffee machine is constantly and I mean for weeks constantly out of service. And the breakfast service is never ready at opening time. It is ridiculous!!! The lounge has many water leaks and there are buckets collecting leaks. The evening food brought up is generally the leftovers from their banquet halls and can be the same thing 2 days in a roll. But they always have a nice selection of tossed salad to eat in the evening. The lounge is nice but noisy- there is a select group of IBM folks that have been there for a long time and they all congregate together in the lounge until late hours of the evening. Don’t get a room near the lounge if you need to go to bed before midnight, they are loud and holler goodnight to one another up and down the halls. The Diamond perk here is 2 bottles of water and the lounge access. Now to other things: with the leaks have come mold issues and bad ones. Several of us from my company noticed the sheets and towels never felt totally dry and neither did the carpet. Then the odors started and the door started having gaps where you could see a fair amount of light coming in. Not all but some. There was also a Horrocks sewer odor on the first floor, so bad you can’t enjoy the pool but it is never heated anyhow so no time for enjoyment. Also no changing rooms, showers, etc down there. And the so called emergency phone is a dead line. But back to the rooms. In addition to the dampness the odor in the rooms was becoming unbearable. So much so that many of us were getting ill. Then the respiratory issues started and the burning eyes. Trying to report this Is a task in and of itself because they have all foreign interns working the desks and they have a minimal at best grasp of the English language. When I finally managed to get them to understand by physically acting like I was using a hammer and a screwdriver to get a maintenance person to my room, I was beyond upset. The man then shows up and says nothing is wrong and walks out the room. Well there was something wrong because I ended up taking residency on a sofa in the lounge because the smell in the room was so bad. Finally one of their employees who had actually came to my room and about died when they smelled it called a manager and he came up and inspected it. It turned out my room, along with other rooms which I have photos of, had dark black mold growing in them. One room the maintenance guy tried to slap some spackling over to cover it up and it continued to just grown out and then over the spackling. I was finally moved to a different room but was then subsequently billed $602.69 for the night and a half I was in the room in addition to my week stay. And they vehemently refuse to remove the charge from my American Express. You also need to not just go through your charges with a fine tooth comb, but your points activity as well because I had roughly 100,000 points missing from Previous stays. The stays show up in my Hilton account, but the point value was posted by them as 0. Repeated phone calls and emails to the hotel have been fruitless. If you manage to get through to someone that is. Usually the phone rings at least 20 times and then auto hangs up. Also One night the fire alarms went off up On floor 6 but not on 1 . My coworkers on 1 had no idea anything had happened because it was in the middle of the night. This is dangerous - eventually moved to the embassy suites. Much longer drive to work but much safer for my health and my pocketbook. I will never step foot in that place after living there for 5 months. And after 13 years of 100% loyalty to Hilton I am done with them as well. This hotel is a motel 6 at best with a Hilton logo slapped on it.

While I was not in need of that shuttle, I did not see any evidence of it either. I am guessing not.
