I spent half an hour just to check in. I got to my room and I found a remodeled room but with only beds and a tv with no remote control in the room. When I came back I found old furniture in the room but no refrigerator and no microwave as it was advertised. Service personnel was friendly and try to do their best to get the room in better shape.

Not a fit place. Dirty, bad service and roach in bathroom. I often stay in hotels/motels and not looking to spend a lot bit I'm expect more that what I recieved. received. Service isn't good, rooms aren't kept up with and they don't seem to care weather you stay there or not.

While this site is in close proximity to Princeton, it is dirty inside and out. The "free breakfast" is a joke. If you don't know that you turn the refrigerator on by hitting the light sconce on the wall, you in for a surprise of spoiled food. There are no directions for phone or safe use. However, the bed is comfortable and the AC and Internet work well.

This was the worst stop over I've ever attempted, they gave us one room that wasn't acceptable then they gave us a second room that was even worse. We would never consider stopping there again. The accommodations there is totally unacceptable and below the minimal standard of any establishment offering hospitality services.

Didnt get room I booked. I was instructed that I had to dispute the sale with the online booking agency. Firstly there were Roaches and leftover food from previous guest. Because of the roaches, we asked for a different room, but we were charged again. At one point our doorknob broke off imprisoning us in our second room, which also had roaches throughout the bathroom.

Run down and not friendly. The exterior is in bad shape and interior is average. We asked for more pillows and they said they couldn't get them till the morning and then they never arrived . Each bed Had only one thin blanket on it. Coffee maker still had coffee in it from the previous guest and they never refilled our coffee or gave us more coffee cups . The bathroom did not have any hair conditioner or lotion . The maids did do a really nice job cleaning the rooms and bathroom. Maybe they're told not to stock coffee and conditioner? The breakfast was a joke, some cereal and tiny muffins. They aso rent U-Haul's out of the sale location. We would not stay here again .

I was traveling alone for work and booked this place in advance because the photos online (very deceiving) made it look decent, it was very well priced, and it was really close in proximity to the office I was working in for the week. When I arrived, I was absolutely exhausted from my flight, with all of the stress with the airport and issues with my car rental, on top of an hour and a half drive over there. I am not familiar with the area at all and am very much a person who enjoys and appreciates the comforts of home. So, I assumed that my initial gut feelings about this place being sketchy as hell were just me being a cry baby. NOT THE CASE. Upon check in, the clerk at the desk demanded I paid for my entire week's stay upfront. He would not allow me to pay any portion/the rest when I checked out. I just wanted to get this over with and get settled because I had to go into work and it was already approaching late-afternoon. I paid $100 in cash, and $200 on my card for the week. When I asked for a receipt (for expense purposes for work) I was told he was unable to give me one, and he actually tried writing everything out by hand on a piece of ripped and coffee-stained paper for me. I swear I CANNOT MAKE THIS UP. I let it go, wanted to give it another chance because the location was honestly great and surrounding area was fairly nice. I brought my suitcase and bags up to my room, and left within minutes to head to work. When I got back about two or three hours later, I started to notice all of the serious problems with this place. Children left unattended and playing with old beach and yard toys in the driveway of the parking lot made it seem more like section 8 housing than any hotel or motel I've ever seen. People standing on their patios smoking out of crack and meth pipes, LITERALLY in broad daylight. Creepy maintenance workers (WHAT MAINTENANCE IS ACTUALLY HAPPENING, THO? THIS PLACE IS A CRAPHOLE) ogling every female probably within a hundred yard radius. Literally thought this place was a front for prostitution and drug deals. Cockroaches and garbage littering the hallways and outdoor entrances. Absolutely zero security, no FOB scanners for the exterior doors, room door barely shut and left a huge gaping hole which made it seem like my door could be easily kicked in at any point. Smoke damage throughout the room. All of the linens had yellow-ish tints and stains covering them. The window was jammed shut. The room seemed like it had been cleaned, yet haphazardly. Two of the rooms on the first floor had red notices stamped on the doors stating the building structure was unsafe for inhabiting. The pool was "closed for repairs," yet I've been reading other reviews that stated the same thing three years ago. Sooooo, no pool? Or pool? Because the website advertises this place as family friendly with an outdoor pool. Certainly NOT the case. The lobby wreaks of mold. The hallways smell like absolute rotting garbage. Licenses taped up behind the counter from people who had left them behind, and the photos looked like they were fake/wearing disguises. It seriously felt like a scene out of Breaking Bad. No. I am not exaggerating. I grabbed my stuff, went down to the "lobby," told the clerk I had a family emergency and had to leave. I was told that he was unable to refund me my money because he had to wait for his manager to be in the following morning to authorize the return. Okay. Totally understood. I even explained that I understood I would likely have to forfeit my first night's payment because of the cancellation policy, and he reassured me that he was "on my side" and would try to get that refunded as well. Awesome! I thought maybe, customer service here is good. But. As I was standing there and he was finishing checking me out, a woman walked (or should I say.....stumbled) in, barely able to hold herself up and clearly drugged out of her mind with makeup running down her face and ratted out clothes barely clinging onto her body. She told him she had "an appointment" in room 2-whatever, he handed her a keycard, and she dragged herself outside, flagged down a car that was pulled off near the entrance, and walked towards the rooms at the back of the building as the car followed her. To me, that screamed human trafficking/prostitution. I could not get the hell away from this place any faster. But, it gets even worse. Fast forward to the following day. I check my bank account only to come across an additional, unauthorized $200 charge (added to the first $200 I authorized upon check in), on top of two separate $1.86 charges, and a $16.60 random charge as well. I called the front desk and spoke to the same guy who was there the day before. He almost immediately interrupted me as I was explaining who I was and what my situation was to tell me that "it was already taken care of," meaning they had refunded me the money as he had explained the day before. When I told him that they actually had charged me double and more, he yelled over me, told me to "get over it," and that I would have to wait for his manager to figure it out in the morning. This is exactly what he told me the day before. Maybe the manager doesn't exist. Who knows. I threatened to involve the police if he wouldn't cooperate with me, and he told me "go ahead, be my guest, the police won't do sh** for you." I never even stayed here for one night, and was charged the amount it would cost me to stay for two weeks. This place is a literal hell hole and anybody with any sense of common decency will stay as far away from here as humanly possible. I have never felt more unsafe and taken advantage of by a business before in my entire life.

Vending machine was broken. Ice machine was broken. Pool was under construction. Brown comforter sheets had cigarette burn holes. Rotten food left in the fridge from past guest! My room smelled of weed due to guest next door.(smell leaked from Door inside my room leading to next guest room) And I was in a non-smoking room! The A/C only works on high. No toothpaste in the bathroom. This is not a family hotel as cops sit outside busting gust for illegal things. Cops blocked my way out due to a bust of illegal things going on in one room. Only Pros were Free WIFI worked great.

Great hotel for the price and conveniently located for our needs. It was very easy to get to and from State College of NJ. Shopping was nearby if needed and it was also close to the Capitol area of New Jersey.
