This is a great place to stay when visiting the Princeton area. Hotel staff-from the manager on down-and he is on the premises-are all first rate, responsive, professional. Room was spacious, clean, quiet. Would return there in a heartbeat if in the area.Good value.
Everything was wonderful! I booked via the app, used my digital key, and the room was perfect. The hotel is close to the University & local shopping. Everything was clean & updated. The front desk Assisi are was very polite & greeted us whenever we went in & our. Overall no complaints. I would stay again.
This is a new place, nicely put together. There is plenty of parking. Rooms are spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms are very modern. There is bar, yet one night is wasn’t staffed, and the night it was the barren was slow. Staff is helpful, yet not extremely welcoming, maybe just busy. I would return here cause the hotel is nice. Staff needs to improve.
This is a clean and well presented hotel with friendly and helpful staff. There are a few notable facilities but generally this hotel is for conferences and business meetings. The hotel has a pool but this is only open from approximately 9am which means there isn’t any opportunity for an early morning swim. There is no access to the restaurant facilities for an evening meal on Saturday and Sunday as this is not open at weekends. If you do stay, I would strongly suggest that you book breakfast as part of your package as this is expensive as a stand alone option and not good value for money, There is a small shop with some micro meals and snacks available but there are no shops in the immediate area so this would mean a drive into Princeton or other shopping district. Every room has a microwave and a fridge which gives you a snack or light breakfast option. Rooms are cleaned on request which I believe is a current response to the Covid 19 situation, There is no doubt that this is aimed at the professional and those with a hefty business allowance.lWe were a couple visiting friends in the area and my view is that this was expensive accommodation in an area with limited options which did not represent value for money..…
This is a nice hotel but the walls are paper thin. You can hear normal conversations in your neighbors room. If you want peaceful sleep do not stay here. Otherwise the hotel is quite nice. People are courteous.
I've been staying at this hotel on 2 to 3 days per week on average for well over 9 months straight. When I first started back in September 2021, the rooms were in the $120 to $140 range. Breakfast was free. the people were friendly and greeted me by name when I arrived. Then the breakfast went up to $12. Not terrible since I got a $10 food credit anyway. Recently, the breakfast went up to $15 and the continental breakfast was $10. So if I wanted coffee and a muffin it cost me$10?? The breakfast was ok, but I can definitely get a better breakfast for less at a diner. Now the rooms have been $199 and over for my past several stays. I can go not too far away and save $50 to $60 per night. I no longer get the personalized service due to employee turnover. Lost their good bartender, etc... At these rates, I won't be staying here any more. Its a shame because I work next door... Oh well.…
I chose this property for its location and it exceeded expectations. The restaurant is really good with great choices and wine list. The front desk directed me to a local trail where I could run along a historic canal for miles! It's just a really great property.
This was a decent stay. Building appeared to look either new or recently refurbished. Room was modern and amply sized. Bathroom was good size, with enough room on counter to put down toiletries. TV and internet reception very good. My only nits were a lack of hot water at the time I wanted to take a shower, and that the buffet breakfast was not kept up (scrambled eggs down to bottom and needed refill).
From check-in to check-out, we were treated with excellent hospitality and service. The front desk staff is friendly and welcoming and the housekeeping staff was excellent as well. We could not have had a better stay.
Having status doesn’t matter anymore. Hotel uses to provide free breakfast or points to customers with status. Now customers only receive a $10 credit, which doesn’t cover a basic breakfast. If in town, go to the Princtonian Diner for breakfast rather than powdered scrambled eggs out of a bin at tge Garden Inn.
