We stayed in the hotel for a short time between a cruise which ended in the morning and a late night flight .
The staff was extremely helpful and cooperative, especially Benjamin from the reception.

Checked to find no shampoo, office said they were out. Stayed 4 nights still no shampoo.
Pillows were thin and hard, bed also hard. Blankets on the floor would be about the same.
Room was ice cold they had the temp set to 65.

Took an hour for the shuttle to come pick us up for our return flight. Terrible customer service and no communication on wait time. The wait pushed us into driving home at rush hour. Would not book again!More
