I went to see a show at the Hard Rock in AC. When we got back to the hotel the entrance was locked, but our room key opened the door. There was NO employee at the front desk for hours. My friend tried to leave the hotel to get something out of her car, but the door was locked and our room key would not open the door to leave the building which is strange because our room key just unlocked the door to let us in the hotel. Now, other hotel quest are coming over saying that their room key doesn’t work to get in their room and it won’t unlock the door to let them go to their car. I said this is a fire hazard!!! The fire alarm was pulled. The police and fire showed up, but couldn’t get in the hotel. Luckily, they got in and searched the front desk to try and call an employee. Hotel guest stated they saw an employee smoking pot outside. Many guest said that no one was coving the front desk all night. It’s now 4AM and when I got in my room I realized my iPad was missing from my room. I am still making payments on my iPad. I’m on disability and on a limited income. Since there was no hotel staff to report this to, I waiting until later in the morning to file a report. Now I couldn’t sleep thinking someone might try to enter our room again. I personally feel that this was an inside job. When I went to the front desk to report my missing iPad a woman was sitting on the floor in the little cubby hole. She got up and I told her about my missing iPad. Her response was there is no report to complete because the hotel is not responsible for items left in your room. This s why this hotel has theft happening by employees because the employees know the hotel doesn’t take responsibility for anything. I’ve been a Hilton Honors Gold card member for a long time. I’m reporting this to the police and contacting corporate. In my opinion Hilton is getting off easy and they should be Thankful that there was not a fire with loss of life.…

Great place to stay. Rooms clean, staff super friendly, close to major highways and restaurants. Pool closed due to covid restrictions, understandably... i would highly recommend this hotel for business or pleasure

Left after one night. Bugs everywhere, trash piled up for over 24 hrs. Smells like a landfill. Coolers broken so no drinks/soda. Dirty. Hilton needs to overhaul the place or just tear it down. Have never stayed at a Hilton property in such bad conditions. The bugs were in my bathroom and crawling up wall next to my bed

The hallways were dirty and there was trash on the floors in the same place for 3 days. The carpet in the room was wore out and had holes in it. The furniture was old and wore out. The desk was missing the lamp. The front desk night person was less than personable. The business center printer ink was too low to print. The front desk rep did not have it changed two days later despite being notified it was out of ink.

This property needs to be updated. The property is not well kept. The elevator bottoms were broken and held by a brace. Property not too clean, carpets all over the facility and the room dirty and stained. Pull out couch mattress springs out poking you.

We have used this hotel for quite a few years and it has gone downhill. Our bathroom fan didn't work, lukewarm water at best to shower with and the room furniture isn't too good. They use a dust ruffle to a blanket.

As a recent customer, a Hilton Diamond level traveler, and potential Hilton Corp. investor, I am shocked on how the level of service has declined since my last visit here several years ago. The building condition, the attitude of the front desk, the level of service is subpar and a detriment to the Hilton Brand. The unadvertised and unannounced policy of not cleaning the room or delivering towels until the fifth stay date while still using the covid excuse in this post covid world is ridiculous. I suggest the the general manager Joe Sulecki correct these faults and turn this establishment around or else Corporate Hilton will.

This hotel was not clean, sofas worn and torn, carpet dirty and ripped and hard wood floors separated in sections. I also killed 2 cockroaches in my room. Pool is not open and the dining area and lobby was very warm. I don’t think the AC was working. When we checked out the lady at the front desk didn’t say anything like how was your stay. She was eating her yogurt. Very disappointed in this Hilton property. The entire hotel needs an overhaul.

The hotel is not clean, our room smelled disgusting. A combination of cat urine and wet rug. Awful. One elevator worked but unfortunately smelled like old beer. The internet was not working and the front desk staff unhelpful and frankly didn’t seem to care at all about their job. Would not recommend this hotel at all. One exception: the breakfast was well done so clearly one staff member is on top of things.

Dated hotel in need of a major refresh… furniture is nicked, chair upholstery ripped. Rugs in rooms and hallways are dirty and stained. Elevator carpeting was ripped and in need of replacement. We’ve stayed here several times over last several years and this probably will be last time. Breakfast was okay. Seemed like there was one woman who was trying to keep everything stocked and responding to guest requests. She probably could have used some help. Most disappointing was the effort needed to get extra towels and shampoo. On second day I made request in person to front desk and clerk said it would be in our room when we returned later. When we came back there were no towels. I called front desk and they said they would bring up and never did. I went down next morning and told clerk I had made request twice and what did I need to do to get towels and shampoo. She just asked what I needed and gave them to me without any apology. There were tables in the breakfast area but not enough chairs. People standing while they were eating. This didn’t make sense. Not to mention, this was one of the very few times I was not welcomed as a Diamond member.…
