The Virginia Hotel was a last minute decision for an overnight getaway with my husband. The room rate included a delicious continental breakfast, valet parking and wifi. The Hotel is within walking distance of great restaurants, shops, bars, beach and music. It also has a fantastic restaurant and bar right on the property. The hotel is beautifully appointed, throughout. Our...

We celebrated our 15th anniversary by enjoying a meal in the Ebbit Room located in the Virginian Hotel. We have eaten there often and love the menu and chef's spin on new food ideas. But this was the first time we slept there. The rooms are tiny but quaintly decorated. The bed was to die for. I had the best...

My husband had never been to Cape May and we decided to head down there on the spur of the moment for one night. A quick internet search later we had decided on the Virginia Hotel, not being completely sure what we were getting - especially since we booked for a very inexpensive price, one that seemed too cheap for...

I spent a night at the Virginia's Pink House cottage and was really impressed by exceptional service throughout my stay. I drove up to the Virginia Hotel where I checked-in; a valet parked my car, unloaded my bags, and carried them up to the 2nd floor room I had at the Pink House, located a short walk from the Virginia...

We had a lovely short but sweet romantic getaway. We had the shower spa room and it was perfect. We enjoyed cape may brewery and a fantastic dinner at George's place. The continental breakfast in bed hit the spot.

We always get the corner room it's big and has a sitting area. My two daughters stay with me and we love to eat at The Ebbitt room then sit by the fireplace with a glass of wine we also liked to sit on the porch.

My husband and I had a romantic weekend in Cape May and stayed two nights in Room 1 of the Pink Cottage. The property is very well maintained and the room was charming. Extremely comfortable king size bed that I was very sad to leave behind! I hadn't realized how much would be closed in Cape May at this time...

Just go!! JACKSON ST. is the best, and the Virginia hotel takes it up a bunch of notches! Have a drink around the piano, get cozy by the fire, enjoy your fabulous room, not to mention the excellent toiletries! Have dinner in the Ebbit Room if you don't want to leave the hotel (who can blame you!) Delicious and beautifully...

Excellent. We were in the Red Cottage which was great. Our room had a separate sitting room. The Virginia is across the street and has a nice bar/ dining room/ fire place. Friendly and helpful staff. Elegant continental breakfast.

“Yikes!” I said to my sidearm Yvonne over our oatmeal, with the sky wanting to snow and the temperature 31. “It’s Thursday. Our anniversary’s Saturday and I haven’t planned anything. “Bad boy,” Yvonne said. “Right,” I said. “We’ve gotta get out of here, tomorrow, for the weekend.” A Christmas card on the mantle showed friends relaxing in Cape May, N.J....
