I recently stayed at the Saltwood House. The place is old and quaint, with plenty of Victorian charm. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, and the overall experience is great. The location, in the middle of Jackson Street, is the best in Cape May, with most of the fine restaurants a short distance away, the beach very close, and... More

It was the opening weekend for this first rate B&B. They didn't disappoint and everything went flawlessly, nothing was overlooked. From Don's incredible baked eggs to Erik's meticulous landscaping and maintenance. People actually think the bushes in front of the Saltwood House are fake since they are so perfect. This is one of the few B&B's on Jackson Street and... More

The owner Don makes you feel at home, taking care of any of our needs, Eric, second in line does a fantastic job as well. There is not a better location than on Jackson Street, sitting on Don's porch, rocking... More

My husband and I along with another couple recently spent a long weekend at Saltwood House in Cape May. Their location on Jackson Street (one of the prettiest blocks in Cape May) is within easy walking distance to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. The house is amazingly beautiful with many antiques. Our room with private bath was spotless and extremely... More

My wife and I have just returned from one of our favorite vacations we have ever enjoyed. We chose to spend our forty-second anniversary at Saltwood House on a friend's recommendation. We have been on many wonderful vacations, in many wonderful locations, however our experience in our first bed and breakfast at Saltwood is at the top of our list.... More

The Saltwood House is one place we love to visit at least once a year. Saltwood is our go-to place where we can unwind and really relax.
