Patti Goyette manages the operation to near-perfection. Staying at the Mason Cottage is to step back in time. The rooms are beautiful, comfortable and clean; breakfasts are divine; her cookies during the afternoon break will challenge any diet. One cannot help but be drawn to Patti's wonderful, charming personality. She is very knowledgeable about the house, and the local area....

My husband and I stayed here for our second time and cannot say enough good things. We went for a quick overnight on a very chilly evening but warmed up quickly while staying here. We stayed in the Grand Mason Spa Suite which is a very charming room. The service is excellent...or breakfast was superb. Will definitely go back and...

I had the pleasure of staying at the Mason Cottage in April for a girls weekend. It was a lovely place to stay! The Inn keeper was such a wonderful host and made us feel right at home! The bed was SUPER comfortable and the room was great! I especially loved sitting on the deck with a glass of wine...

This was our first time in Cape May. Since we are both school teachers, we typically take a mini vacation in March or April during spring break. We have been hearing so much about this little town in New Jersey called Cape May that we had to check it out for ourselves. My husband and I are frequent B&B'er's and...

First visit to Mason Cottage but definitely not my last! This B&B is a true gem! Its location is ideal, right in the heart of Cape May...near the beach, Boardwalk, shops, bars, casual and fine dining restaurants. The Cottage is actually a beautifully restored, decorated, sparkling clean and well maintained Victorian home with all of the creature comforts we now...

Wonderful staff, great breakfast, awesome location...block to the beach and two blocks to "The Mall" which is a pedestrianized area of Cape May with great shops and eateries. I have stayed in several B&Bs and have to rate this the best I have ever stayed in and the breakfast was 1st class. Afternoon tea was a nice touch.

My husband and I travelled to Cape May for a two-night stay in mid April. We enjoyed our stay at Mason Cottage, we stayed in the Rose Room which has a full sized bed (very comfy!!!) and a private bath with a stand up shower. Breakfast was served in a small dining room and was delicious and very filling! We...

Brandi H, Thank you for your kind review. That bed is like sleeping on a cloud, isn't it? I'm so glad you enjoyed your visit. That Raspberry stuffed French toast is a staff favorite! We hope you return to us again soon! Love and gratitude, Patti and the Mason Family

From our arrival to departure, every aspect of our stay at The Mason Cottage Bed & Breakfast Inn was exactly what we were looking for during our off-season stay. We were greeted warmly by the convivial innkeeper Patti, and we found the Davis Suite and the overall accommodations of the inn to be simply wonderful. The Mason is only two...

Mary C, Ahhh...winter in Cape May. It is our sleepy little town with such coziness all around! Certainly my favorite time of year, nothing like the sounds of the ocean while sitting in front of a fire eating chocolates! Thank you for painting such a lovely picture with your words. You describe that time of year perfectly! We do hope...

We visited in January to celebrate my wife's birthday. Not much going on in Cape May. The Mason Cottage was very nice. 3 room suite, electric heat controlled in each room, tub and shower, nice amenities, good furnishings. On street parking which might be a problem in summer. One block from beach near convention center. 3 blocks to downtown mall....
