Lovely inn with attentive service provided by Justin and Sarah. The room was comfortable and roomy. Yes, the bathroom was small - but this is an old-fashioned building. Breakfasts were delicious - many excellent freshly prepared choices.

My wife and I come to Cape May every year around Christmas to enjoy the parade, shopping, and beautiful lights that decorate all the homes in December. We used to stay at Congress Hall every year, but since the West Cape May Parade has turned into an absolutely enormous event, the CH prices had been slowly creeping up until we...

I stayed at this bed and breakfast for one of the Christmas weekends in Cape May. We stayed in the Blue Room, which had a comfortable king bed.. but not much else to boast about (the bathroom was extremely tiny and there was only one chair for sitting). There was an electric heater which provided more than enough warmth in...

Innkeeper and staff are friendly and helpful but inn is lacking the special amenities other inns in Cape May have to offer. First, there is no parking available other than a parking lot over 5 blocks away. A major problem especially in the cold winter months. The afternoon refreshments were offered at the odd time of 2-3 pm and consisted...

Justin and Sarah always provide a perfect weekend away. By December we need a getaway that is restful and pleasant. We see other return guests, catch up and laugh about the year behind us. We stay in a different room each year and relax. We have been in the Silver, the burgundy and next year the bronze. We agree with...

We love the Blue Rose Restaurant so decided to try its' inn for this visit to Cape May. As we approached the property, we noticed a couple of trucks from a service company working with water damage. When we entered the property we could see they we coping with a pipe situation. We were told it was rennovations. A simple...

We celebrated our 1 yr. anniversary tonight in the Inn where we spent our honeymoon. We simply cannot recommend this Inn more than to say we will be back every year as long as Justin is in charge. The food, the service, the welcoming ambiance is quite simply unsurpassed.

Quick getaway to Cape May to celebrate our 30th anniversary. Decided on Blue Rose after checking reviews. We were not disappointed! Our server April was charming, efficient and attentive. She suggested the Duck Confit Ravioli over beet purée which was a bit out of my comfort zone--but super delicious. Hubbys pear salad was also excellent. He had the pork short...

Just enjoyed the loveliest of stays at the beautifully restored Blue Rose Inn. The staff are congenial and helpful. Most especially Justin the manager who answered all of our questions, never making us feel awkward or annoying and always making us feel welcome and appreciated. The rooms are beautifully appointed with Victorian era furnishings but have all the amenities and...
