We have stayed at this bed and breakfast on many occasions. This time we tried the Loft bedroom. This is a large comfortable room that gives you great views. After eating the tasty breakfast, we would relax in our room. I enjoyed sitting in the rocking chair and sitting by the window while I read a book. The innkeeper was...

My daughters and I stayed in the Sophia Room. We had an interesting and great experience surprisingly. I always wanted to experience staying in a bed and breakfast. I want to go to the B&B in the Poconos next. This stay took us out of our comfort zone and I'm glad we came.

I did like the fact that Buttonwood is located in a very convenient area:close to downtown, close to various eateries, relatively close to the beach. The house is also, well decorated and clean. Breakfast was great, with a great variety of home cooked food. I did have an issue with the key to my room. It got stuck, and/or the...

We had a wonderful 3-night stay at Akwaaba's Buttonwood Manor. Reservations were easy and check-in was smooth. We stayed in The Loft room which was beautiful. The location was perfect; a close walk to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Breakfast was delicious. Our innkeeper Frances showed us the utmost hospitality. We enjoyed ourselves and look forward to a future stay!

Our family stayed at the Buttonwood Manor during the June 27, 2015 Beach Blast soccer tournament weekend. The tournament was located in Wildwood, I found it an easy 15 minute drive back and forth to the games and activities. We had a nice stay. Francis, the innkeeper, was very pleasant and welcoming upon our arrival. She was also very accomodating...

This is a very nice place to stay at I think we got a room that needed renovation because some of the rooms we saw looked nicer. We went there on October of 2013 and had a pleasant experience. The person taking care of the inn was super nice and always had a smile on her face. Only thing I...

Grateful to be able to stay just one night and the B&B facility itself was delightful. Stayed with 2 girlfriends in the Carriage House. Problem started with check-in. Frances (B&B host) not there to check in my group, as well as two other women also trying to check in, at a time (5 pm) we had given in advance. Knocked...

My wife & I have visited Cape May B&B's several times. All of them have been formal & stuffy with a snobby air to them. Buttonwood Manor, & especially Frances, was different. She was welcoming, friendly and down to earth. She showed us around, & apologized for a basket of freshly washed clothes on the auxiliary dining room table at...

10 years ago my husband and I visited Cape May, and had a lovely weekend. We returned with great expectations, and weren't disappointed! Our stay at Buttonwood Manor was more than we expected -- a warm and charming inn with modern accommodations. Breakfast each day was delicious and satisfying, and afternoon tea was delightful. We've stayed at several other bed...

A friend and I stayed for two nights last spring with a groupon. The place was completely booked because of the groupon. When we checked in we were told the first floor room we had reserved months earlier was not available due to water damage. Our new room required us to go outside and then up a full flight of...
