We ended up staying in NH for an extra night after visiting santa's village. We had stayed in the red jacket resort the two nights before, and though it was okay, it felt like a rip off for the price we paid. Barron Brook Inn looked like the best place for us to stay based on the reviews on tripadvisor....

Lovely place. Our room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast in the morning (bagels, muffins, dry cereal, coffee, tea) and fresh home-made cookies in the evening. Owner was very accommodating, helping us out with directions and advice.

We stayed here for two nights for the weekend of July 12th and July 13th 2013. This place was OK for couple of nights. The Inn looks kind of old. The beds need to be replaced. The room was big, but quite old. The owner Jason and their family are awesome people. They are really nice and take care of...

My 4 kids (ages 11, 7, 5 & 5), my mother & I were headed to Santa's Village in Jefferson for a few days vacation and had car trouble. We ended up at a service station in Whitefield just after 6pm with a bad alternator & no chance of anything being fixed until the next morning. The bed & breakfast...

We really enjoyed staying at the Barron Brook Inn. Beth and Jason, the innkeepers, are lovely and made us feel like family. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. They use wonderful linens on the beds....very nice! The inn is on a busy road, so I would request a room on the back side. All in all,...

Not a bad place to stay. Owners were very nice and breakfast was convenient. Just wish we had requested a room in the back. Front rooms noisy due to trucks passing on road all hours of the night. That was my only complaint.
