My family had an amazing time here. We had 3 cabins and it was very family friendly. In our family we had people ages from 4-60+ years of age. The lake was very clear. Our cabins were comfortable/clean and the staff was friendly and always willing to help with anything that would make our stay better. Worth the trip up...

We were completely content with our leisurely vacation stay at the Anchorage. We brought our dog with us and the staff was able to accommodate all our needs. They even doggysat our pup when we went out to enjoy a night on the town. The family who runs the Anchorage were very nice people; lovely, hardworking staff.

We stayed in one of the waterfront cabins it was great we walked off of our screen porch onto the beach, the beach and water were clean and great for the kids to play. There is a volleyball net to the side to get a game going too! There was a charcoal grill right outside of each cabin to cook...

Everything was awesome about the trip to this place. The View, the cottages and the exceptional service from Angie & her management team. If not for some of the upgrades that is required in the bathroom & the kitchen (in the Cottage we stayed at), the rate would have been perfect 5. Otherwise everything else was A+.

We love camping but are tired of dragging all the stuff for just three days. This place is the perfect in-between! We booked this as a weekend with our best friends just prior to their wedding. Our cabin had two bedrooms with double beds and a pull out couch. The bathroom had a stand-up shower. The small kitchen had a...

Slipped in with a last minute reservation. Pleasantly surprised as we were allowed to check in early as no one else occupied our cabin the previous night. Cabins are old, but rustic and in general good shape. Was nice to grill as there was a charcoal grill right by the cabin. Property had many options in horse shoes, playground, bean...

Had a great memorial day weekend at this place. Weather could have been better but the camp fires at night kept the whole community of us warm. Met a lot of great people and everyone from the staff to tenants were all friendly. Looking forward to coming back.

Spent a few weekends here recently with friends and am always pleased with each visit! Getting away from the everyday busy life and relaxing in a cabin with no tv is so unbelievably perfect. It is everything that a cottage at the lake should be and exactly what I expected. Also the inn keepers this year have been great! Always...

we really enjoyed our stay over Columbus Day weekend. I had read the reviews and knew what to expect from the cabins but they still seemed a bit more rundown than I had expected. The property on the whole seems to need a little care. Our cabin was #17 and the location was perfect. The road in led right to...

Cottages are in dier need of repair. A lot of soft spots are in the floor. We had the ugliest and most uncomfortable couch in the world and were greeted with cigarette ashes on the porch and a crushed cigarette in the corner. Items in the kitchen were greasy, dirty and the supply was not set up for 6 people....
