When they first opened we were not impressed with our server, but we just figured she was new. She's no longer there, but service has never been a problem since. Nice and quiet - hubby's very senior mum hates loud places so this is a great spot for us. It's hard to find a place anymore where people don't speak...

We did a weekend getaway and stayed at the Inn for 2 nights. The Sunday night dinner that we had was excellent and paired with the jazz ensemble it made for a very nice evening. The breakfasts on both days were equally good. We found the service by the owners to be great - very friendly and hospitable. There is...

Very quaint, very well kept. We went to get away and spend quality time together, and it was just what we hoped. We enjoyed the cookies and tea in the main sitting room (just outside our room) and felt the full escape from the hustle and bustle. Staff went out of their way to be nice, and remembered our names...

The inn was charming, the fireplace in our room was wonderful (Tibbetts) and the bed/sheets/duvet were so comfortable that I struggled to leave every morning! The staff/family was so accommodating. One morning, we had a reservation for ski lessons and had to leave at 815. Breakfast is served 8-9. They took our order the night before and had it ready...

Quaint old inn, in rural area. Lodging was good, nothing spectacular but comfortable. Service was good. Food was excellent, dinner and breakfast. Visit visit Poor People's Pub nearby if you get the chance.

Although an old Victorian farmhouse B&B is not our usual cup of tea, we had a Groupon and used it for a getaway. We were there for Sunday night jazz, an amazing keyboard and bass duo. Very accomplished musicians; light dinner jazz. And our meals were sublime. One of the best ever! I had the maple bourbon glazed short ribs,...

Stayed 1/4-1/6. The Wakefield Inn is a grand old 3 story house (200+ yrs) set upon a hill with pleasant countryside views. We stayed in the Copp suite and although we didn't feel any ghostly activity, there are rumors!!!!! The Inn itself as a B&B is acceptable, although not a polished presentation, but then there is the restaurant, the Wakefield...

We stayed one night in the Tibbits Room. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and the scenery was beautiful. Good food, too! (I especially loved breakfast!) It's a small inn, with an informal, relaxed feeling (in the best way, and still professional!) It felt like the owners had invited us into their home....

Stayed here for just one night getaway. Checked in around 6 and room was very cozy and comfy. Innkeeper let us know how long they would be serving dinner, so we had time to shower and clean up from a busy work day. They have jazz music from local musicians on Sunday nights, which is a pleasant treat and adds...
