We came into town for an overnight stay; arriving late due to weather and traffic. The woman at the front desk was quite possibly the rudest customer service clerk I have ever encountered: I travel for business so that’s a large number of people! She was dismissive and curt and acted as if we were disturbing her by checking in under our reserved room. We had not eaten; we perused the food and snack items available for purchase (which were mostly out of stock) she did not offer to help. clean, staff was friendly, breakfast was amazing. i would find la quinta inn and suites where ever i decide to travel. dog friendly, not that I have a dog, but nice for those that do. I wish the desk had not put 2 dogs next to me the second night of my stay. Since i had to listen to them bark quite often thru the night.

but don't use the facility seemed to be clean and room had all the little extras you expect but don't use ( Toiletries, mini fridge). Hot water was Hot and stayed that way. I asked for a later check out and was quickly given the OK. The buffet breakfast was good but not great (they never are great)

Many reviews stated how poor this hotel was. I booked it after being cancelled by another hotel at the last minute. So reading the reviews AFTER i booked was a bit nerve wracking. HOWEVER.... Staff was friendly, hotel was clean. price was right. I have certainly stayed in worse places! Absolutely would stay again.

The personal on the front desk and the lady from the breakfast room the maintenance guy and a very nice guy who works there from Jamaica was amazing but the housekeeping personal are very lazy i was there for almost two weeks and never clean the room don't put toilet paper and never put towels either I have to ask all the time for those things. Too much money for a bad service.

The check in process was very bad, the person running the desk was working her 2nd day, and not very well trained. The room was nice and big, to bad it was not well cleaned, smelled funny, was missing items, and just overall not up to the standards that it should have been. I notified them 72 hours in advance that I would be leaving earlier than planned, however they charged an additional day, claiming that they did not get 24 hours notice. The folio has so many charges and credits on it that it looks like someone does not know what they are doing. Since I of numerous people that spend over 200 nights a year in hotel rooms, I will make sure that my company avoids using this location if at all possible. Hopefully i can get these idiots, to credit back my personal card, that was only supposed to be used for incidentals, but instead since they charged and credited the company card so much they stopped them from being able to charge it any more, they charged me for one night..…

Despite do NOT disturb sign clearly visible the staff came in while I was away. I had personal items on bed and counters making it obvious someone was still staying in the room. They took ONE pillowcase off (I'm hi, my stuff was there), my cups, my trash, and my towel that was hung up. They did NOT replace the towel or pillow case or amenities like toilet paper, soap, etc. I have not checked my belongings to make sure they weren't rifled through or items stolen. Informed front desk someone came in without authorization and the front desk seemed very nervous about my call and informed me they should NOT be coming in and she will remind them. Note: I had to go down to the front desk to get the do not disturb sign to begin with as there wasn't one in the room and they refused to bring on up. Another note: someone's pitbull was sticking it's head out and growling at me out the open window on the first floor near the door.
