We stayed twice in this season due to work, and costumer service was amazing! Especially Tiffany B. We had many changes due to delays and change of schedule and she was right there helping us! It really made a difference in our stay!

Was recently here on a business trip and my room reservation was accidently canceled. Tiffany was beyond helpful! She went above and beyond to ensure everything was squared away for me. I have traveled to many other establishments, and I can honestly say I've never met some as genuine and down to earth as she was. From taking care of the room, to local food and entertainment suggestions, she does it all. Thank you for everything!

I stayed at this hotel back in January and also this March. Both of my visits were great. Close to numerous restaurants so there is always a great option for food. Hotel staff is super friendly. Tiffany B. recommended some awesome places to eat (sushi) and provided the service you would hope to receive from every hotel visited and does it with a smile! Overall great place to stay.

I have stayed at this hotel many times. There are other hotels in the area just as convenient to get to, but this is my home when traveling in the area. The hotel has a certain charm that I enjoy. I travel a great deal and I'm fairly particular about where I stay. Not to single out just one person, because all of the staff has been great, but Tiffany has definitely helped me out many times.

Waypoint stop, traveling from Maine to upstate NY. We’ve stayed here before because it’s very easy to get to, being right off the rotary. Hotel was spotless, courteous staff all wearing masks as appropriate. Our room was clean, fresh, and quiet. An early and very good full breakfast with table service, got us on our way for the next 300 mile leg of our journey.

We decided to stay at this hotel over the Christmas holiday. We realized that the restaurant was not open, but we did not care. However, we would have liked housekeeping for one night. The bathroom was tiny, and the view from our 5th floor room overlooked a “dump” yard of a home next door. I felt that the hotel was not taken care of nor clean. There was sign stating that they were doing renovations, so that may have contributed to my impression. We may stay again if there are no other available hotel options.

Tiffany B was the most helpful front desk clerk I have EVER met!! There was a problem with my orders for work and made sure she helped me any way she possibly could in her power! The whole staff was great but she was extra special!!

The strange thing coming back from dinner, the parking lot was full, but it was for some function, and I thought they should add additional parking. The swimming pool, I was surprised to discover, was 6 feet+ deep. However, the room was fine, just what you expect. The comforter was a bit hot for sleeping, even with the A/C, and I wish they had a lighter version they put on the bed for summer.
