We stayed at the Federal House Inn for two nights in late February and had a fantastic time. The owner, Kevin, was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and a pleasure to be around for the entirety of our stay. Upon arriving, he graciously offered to upgrade us to the John Adams Suite. I am very glad we accepted as the room was...

we really enjoyed our stay at the Federal Inn . Our host was very friendly and helped us out with information about the region and what to see. He also made a wonderful breakfast in the mornings with local healthy foods . At the end of the day returning from our day trips there was a cheese/fruit platter and wine...

We just recently stayed at the federal house inn for Valentine's Day weekend (3 days) and it was amazing! My boyfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Kevin was a fantastic inn keeper, and really made us feel at home. Breakfast was delicious, and the complimentary wine, beer, cheese, and dessert was incredible! We will definitely be back. I would highly...

The owner was one of the most welcoming, friendly people we've ever met. He made every part of the experience a pleasure. The breakfasts were delicious, the rooms were beautiful, and the wine, port, and cookies every evening were a nice touch. The fact that when he found out I was a scotch lover he brought out a personal bottle...

I let Kevin know we had a big birthday among us and they made it super special. Even called me when I left my glasses so I could swing by to get them. Breakfast was delicious as was the wine and port. Wonderful stay once again!

I wrote this review on Yelp!, but wanted to add it here as well. My wife and I celebrated our recent marriage at The Federal Inn. This B&B is much better than I could have imagined. The host, Kevin, greeted us and made us feel at home from the moment he opened the door. Our room was spotless. We had...

The Federal House Inn is amazing, so much so that my wife and I have stayed here 6 different times. The charm and beauty of the Inn is only eclipsed by Kevin's hospitality. I have stayed in B&Bs all around the U.S. as well as a few in Europe and The Federal House it at the top of my favorites....

We enjoyed our weekend getaway. It was very relaxing. The Inn is beautiful, cozy, well-appointed. Kevin was so thoughtful and kind, and accommodated our early rise for a road race. I can honestly say this is rare, and greatly appreciated. The wine and cheese upon our arrival was an amazing way to unwind, and we enjoyed our conversations with Kevin....

I've just returned from a very pleasurable stay at the Federal House Inn. The proprietors could not be more welcoming and thoughtful. The Inn itself is beautifully maintained and furnished with historically appropriate appeal. Many special touches include- home baked cookies and snacks lovingly displayed for gusts. Elaborate homemade complimentary breakfasts that go far beyond the norm including blueberry pancakes....

I decided to try a B&B for our 45th anniversary. We had never been to one before and I thought, here is my chance! Traveling through New England, I checked tripadvisor and this place had some great reviews.I called for a reservation and was greeted by Kevin. He was very helpful describing the attributes of all of the rooms. I...
