The building needed repair due to weather, but it happens...everything was fine and as advertised....location and price was good... right off the highway on the way to the ice castle, which was very convenient for me.. the only real negative I experienced was very weak wifi signal.. they should upgrade that.... but other than that, it was as advertised

Would not recommend. Filthy rugs, disgusting bathrooms and not sure about the sheets! Breakfast is not great either! Booked to visit Plymouth state. Much better hotels in the area! Staff seemed shocked at the room. Don't know why because the rugs in the hall were terrible too. First room was so gross they changed us to another - not much...

We chose this place in spite of the reviews because it was cheap for all it offered: free breakfast, microwave and fridge in the room and free wifi. Jody, the front office manager, is very charming and smiles all the time! Very helpful and informative about local activities, restaurants and sightseeing. Marilyn, the housekeeping manager, is very helpful with taking...

The staff at the front desk and housekeeping were VERY pleasant and helpful, but that's the only positive. The carpets in the hallways were worn down to the concrete, the shower curtains didn't fit the rods, the lighting was horrible, screens fell out of the window, the chairs in the breakfast area were very stained and dirty, as well as...

Repeat customer for many years (8+). The staff was excellent esp. the Front Desk Mgr Jodi (very gracious & accommodating). The rooms are very clean which is a reflection of housekeeping's efforts. Sorry to say the new owner hasn't bothered to replace the stained carpeting in the rooms (I am sure his carpeting isn't as bad!). You can't hold the...

We stayed here in August as part of a family road trip. I wished we had stayed here longer. It was very comfortable. Very spacious, clean and comfortable room. We had a rollaway bed in the room and even then there was plenty of space to move around The lobby had tea, coffee, juices, fresh fruits available all the time...

I checked out the room before checking in. The entire hotel needs updating. The carpets are worn and in need of cleaning. There are not many hotels in this area. We stayed at the Red Carpet, very clean, quiet and reasonably priced.

A little out of the way. Not much around the hotel. Ended up going to Lincoln a lot. Spent three days there. Close to the Polar Caves which we went to. Liked the free laundry which we took advantage of. The outdoor pool was nice spent a few minutes in it. The breakfast was not the best. Limited. Did like...
