Hard to believe this is a Choice Hotel...made a (non-refundable) reservation online, thinking the brand had high standards - wow, was I wrong this time. Driving into parking lot we noticed right away how run down the place looked. Walking into the lobby it just went downhill from there. No one @ front desk; very old & outdated; ice machine...

This was more like visiting someones home than a motel. They even let us play with their german shepherd puppies. The rooms were very comfortable, There was always something available to drink. I have read some of the other posts and do not agree. Yes, it is older and the rugs could stand to be replaced but it is clean...

This was absolutely one of the dirtiest places I have ever walked into. First off, the office is disgustingly dirty, the clerk was rude and the smell was horrible. The room dirty with bugs. My friend went into a full blown asthma attack due to the smell in the room. Went back to desk to say we couldn't stay and...

Staff made up for not so great first impression of the hotel itself. The lobby was a little on the doom and gloomy side, but again the staff was very accommodating and resourceful. The vibe was very much of an 70's/80's feel. Our view was very ominous, big old abandoned building, we pretty much left the curtains closed. TV was...

We booked 4 rooms while visiting the ice castle and ski areas. The hotel staff is friendly and courteous. The hotel is dated and shows its age. I knew this going into it so my expectations were low. Room heater/AC unit is loud, I could also hear the unit in the next room (all night). Room was clean but again...

The only good part is the location. Even the price was kind of high for the quality of the hotel. Very old and out dated. Rooms did have refrigerator and microwave which was a plus. But the rest of the room was cheesy

This hotel is in a good location right off of 93. We walked into the lobby and the gentleman behind the desk was really friendly. It was cold in the lobby and also in the hallway. We got into the room and the heat wasn't even on. It was only 20 outside. We cranked up the heat and thank goodness...

Good location...I've read other reviews about wanting the Taj Mahal for $66 dollars a night! You get what you pay for and that's that! I see nothing wrong with this hotel according to the pricing! The lights work, the toilet and sink work, the t.v. works! Front desk was friendly, but, just don't ask for change, they don't keep cash...

The room has a very noisy refrigerator in it. The heating unit was also extremely noisy. The ice machine was not working. The TV was at least twenty years old and the DirecTV did not provide an ABC affiliate or any local NH stations. The NBC and CBS stations are in VT and NY. Not conducive for checking local weather...

This is located very conveniently from most attractions in NH. 30 mins drive from Flume George & 90 mins drive to Mt. Washington. Very decent & friendly customer service. Free Breakfast & a pretty decent hotel for a night stay. Lot of restaurants near by for good food too.
