Stayed here for 3-nights. The first room we were allocated was opposite a lift, which we know from experience does not bode well for a quiet night's sleep. We asked if we could move to a quiet room, which the helpful receptionist did for us....More
Good size rooms, small bathrooms with tub/shower , bed linen and pillows below average, heat was not working. Breakfast expensive with hot food sitting in large containers instead of fresh cooked and not worth the money.
I was in town for just one night, but did not want to stay in a motel. It's leaf peeping season, so things are a bit busy up here. I found the staff to be very friendly and personable. Most folks who worked here greeted...More
We were there on nights wherein multiple bus trips were lodging there. The staff were amazing. They responded to those of us not on a bus tour with the same attentiveness as the tour groups.

We didn’t eat in the hotel in the evening so I’m not sure when they stop serving food. You could email them direct. The hotel is right next door (ie a very short walk) to a big retail outlet with shops and restaurants that were open until after 10 pm when we stayed. There was a room service menu but again, we didn’t use it. I’m sure their reception staff will help with your queries about the availability of hotel food for late arrivals.
