In its day this was probably a lovely hotel but sadly, it is now very tired. Our room was lacking in maintenance and dirty. One needed a strong wrist to turn on the wash hand basin tap in the bathroom, the toilet pan and cistern were loose and away from the wall, there was excess electric cable under the aircon...

The lovely location and grounds of this hotel are let down by the tired rooms. It is clear the rooms have not been updated since the hotel opened and are a bit depressing. You certainly wouldn't want to hang out in your room. The carpets are old and there was an unpleasant odor in the hallways. The one redeeming factor...

We stayed at this hotel as part of an organised tour of New England & Canada. It's location is very attractive and the staff very pleasant. The hotel room was comfortable, but the restaurant rather frenetic with a couple of coach parties in. The evening meal was buffet style and whilst the food was OK it reminded me of school...

Stayed here for tge third year in a row. Friendly staffe, nice pool area. Definitely more family oriented but it's an older hotel and needs some updating for tge prices they are asking. From my family alone they have 15-20 people who stay and the number has grown annually. The drawback is they really won't negotiate price so my family...

Well situated in North Conway and very children friendly as it has many activities. Quite large hotel with excellent large rooms. We had a balcony too, also large. Rooms comfortable and quiet as the hotel has large grounds. Normally only B&B but one night they put on an evening meal which was excellent and very well priced.

Perfect place right in town. Close to everything, (shopping, restaurants, mountains) but peaceful on the hill. Rooms are big and cozy. Heated pool.. which is nice after a hike. Great breakfast! Price is right...Can't wait to come back!

We stayed for just one night on a Travelsphere tour. The resort is beautifully positioned with lovely scenery around and the outside areas are well-maintained. We were disappointed with our room which was dull, dull, dull and more than ready for refurbishment, however, it was very clean, as were linens and towels. Complimentary cookies, tea, coffee and cider were available,...

It is billed as a resort, but is not much different than a motel. Our bathroom was very dirty and the wi-fi was so bad that we could only use it at the lobby. On the plus side, the breakfast was slightly better than average.

dlcurrin, Thank you for taking the time to post you're review. I thought the credit we gave you for the Wi-Fi inconvenience settled that issue. Glad you enjoyed the complimentary breakfast buffet. Hope you got to enjoy the beautiful fall scenery while you we in the White Mountain's. Chuck Randall

Stayed here with family in August. The room was very comfortable and nice. Being that it is a resort, the hotel offers activities during the day such as carriage rides and campfires at night with marshmallows and lemonade. This resort has a sister resort about a mile away with a waterpark- and guests here can access the indoor waterpark. We...

We (family of 2 adults and a 3 year old) stayed for 1 night on our way to Stowe in Vermont. After a quick round of shopping at Settler's Green we checked in at the hotel. We were bookedin a 2-persons bed room but the receptionist was very swift to change to 2 queen's when saying we were a group...
