Growing up I would spend a week in a small two bedroom cabin with my grandparents at the Jack O'Lantern in Woodstock, NH. Being at the Loch Lyme Lodge brought back so many of those charming memories. So thankful this property has not realized a 'corporate buy-out' and the owners are dedicated and work hard to maintain this gem. It... More

We stayed for two nights at this lovely Lodge, and will certainly return - the lake is fantastic, the cabins are cozy, the staff friendly, and the food delicious ! Our dog also enjoyed swimming at the dog beach. The grounds are also beautifully kept.

We love the Loch Lyme Lodge! The cabins are quaint and charming - clean and serviceable, too. Plenty of space for my family, plus visiting friends, to sleep, eat, and play. Most cabins have a fire place - not needed in the heat of the summer, but wonderful when we've stayed at the end of the season. We loved being... More

ManagerJay, his wife and daughter are the best. The Sunday buffet by the pond and the band's are always a remember able night. The cabins are rustic, clean, breezy, quiet and... More

I stayed here with my husband and our two sons for the weekend for the first time. We had an awesome time, the kids loved the beautiful lake, hiking and the awesome bonfire we made on evening. It was great that we had free use of the kayaks, boats and all of the water toys. Our cabin was perfect secluded... More

I returned to LLL 25 years later to find that not much has changed in the best of ways. Reserving and prepping for our stay was easy, informative, and pleasant - everyone that answered the phone was upbeat and seemed excited that we were staying there! Our check-in was beyond simple, and when we entered our cottage we were pleasantly... More

We had dinner last night at the Lodge. What a wonderful find. The day had been hot and dry but at 6pm we were seated facing the lake and a lovely breeze wafted through the 200+ year old room. The summer scents were quickly counted with the aroma coming from the bread basket which contained three different breads, including the... More

Jay and Amy were excellent hosts for our wedding weekend! We rented all the cabins for our guests, and spent a great fall weekend lounging by the lake and playing in the canoes with family and friends. While Jay and Amy naturally have some basic rules, they by and large leave you alone to relax, and trust you to be... More

We stayed here for a night in the summer of 2013 and liked it so much we decided to host our wedding here in September 2014. The cabins are rustic, but quite charming. Good linens and comfortable sofas make a nice touch, but the cabins do show their age. The owners and property managers couldn't be more accommodating. Jay was... More
