We did not stay here but came for a sleigh ride, which was a wonderful experience. The grounds are beautiful and the ice skating looks really awesome (we plan to come back for that sometime in the future). We did the cheaper sleigh ride option...More

We stayed 4 nights in grand Victorian and 1 night in regular villa. Grand Victorian was amazing. Both units were spotless and the grounds were so much fun. We greatly enjoyed the use of both pools and had the place almost to ourselves for the...More

Why do you advertise this establishment a RESORT? At best it is barley a place to sleep. No maid service, No vending machines, No ice machines, No pool, No hot tub, No Employees (except wonderful girl @ front desk), No animals(except 2 deer inside an overgrown pasture), water barely warm in WHIRLPOOL tub in room, not even a cup of coffee, No swan boats, bicycles are there but most have flat tires, GROUNDS are in deplorable condition, at over $125.00 night (Groupon rate!) This has got to be the biggest rpoff in the area, maybe even fraude, ZERO customer service. AGAIN PLEASE EXPLAIN TO EVERYONE OUT THERE HOW IS THIS A RESORT?
