We spent a night here last summer: Pros: family run, pool, reasonably priced, decent breakfast, clean. Meh: updated enough for family place. The one thing that I felt a bit uncomfortable with is that the owners (very friendly to us) had people who visited annually and who seemed to go to the hotel annually. We stayed one night and they...

4 of us stayed (2 teen boys and 2 moms) overnight and skied the next day at Cannon Mountain. The Pros: The on line reservation process was very good. The room was on the second floor, clean, 2 queen beds very comfortable, bathroom recently renovated with lots of space for clothing and moving around. The room overlooked a running river...

Room was clean and comfortable. Only the bed spread was a bit tired. New HVAC unit surged on and off quite loudly all night - so I needed to use a "white noise" app on my phone. Staff is very nice. Continental breakfast was 8-10 - which was too late for a "powder day" - considering the lifts are running...

The room was clean and comfortable, although we felt it could do with a bit of updating. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was good. This is a good place to stay to explore local attractions, such as Franconia Notch State Park.

Perfectly adequate - nothing special. Comfortable, clean room. DIY continental breakfast. Very helpful staff. We were on the first floor of the block at the back so it was nice and quiet though anyone with heavy luggage or a disability might prefer a ground floor room.

Quaint hotel on a river with a fire pit, grills and a great location to the Franconia Notch park. We are hikers and really liked the location. The Kanc highway is 20 minutes away as well. Clean rooms, comfortable bed, just wish the breakfast started at 7 instead of 8.

Our two nights three were wonderful. The innkeepers were such pleasant, helpful people. The property is maintained in the finest fashion. The continental breakfasts were very satisfying. There are many choices in the area but I really doubt that any would be better.

It was dressed in beauty this fall! Colors were wonderful, and the place was comfy and offered a decent breakfast. We were in a group and loved it! So handy to Franconia State Park and the Tram. All the rooms were nice and cozy. Get driving instructions from the owners to find it easily.

Arrived and checked in early, the owner was extremely pleasant and helpful. There is also quite a bit of useful information in the foyer of the area which the owner pointed out to us. The double room with Queen sized beds was extremely comfortable and decor was good with lovely big shower room. There is an iron and ironing board...
