Had a wonderful stay. The rooms are large and modern and the hotel is beautiful with New England charm. The restaurant is also very good. They also gave us a free desert and breakfast. Great city to walk around and explore. The bar which is part of the restaurant was also very nice.

I have been traveling to Concord, New Hampshire every two weeks for the past eight months and staying at The Centennial every time. Coming from Chicago, and having stayed at some of the most lovely hotels in the world, I have become jaded. But, The Centennial is a hidden gem. Each 6 day stay has been wonderful. The rooms are...

We have stayed at the Centennial several times while in the Concord area. The rooms are quiet , have all the amenities and in a lovely historic building. We have eaten in the Restaurant, service attentive and food delicious. We attended a private party in one of the function rooms and again the staff was personable and professional. We will...

The Centennial Hotel only has 35 or so rooms and I drove by it the first time. My wife and I stayed on May 9, 2014 and were pleasantly surprised by the front desk check-in. I had mistakenly reserved the previous night, but Katie at the front desk happily resolved my error and put us into a super room without...

After a long day of working at my parents' house in Maine, we couldn't stomach the full drive back home. We stumbled upon the Centennial and were thrilled to know it was a Hay Creek Property - as we had a wonderful stay at the Exeter Inn the night before. The Tues & Fri night desk clerk, Peter (who I...

We just came back from a one-night Easter getaway at the Centennial. This hotel has incredible historic charm, but at the same time offers contemporary amenities. The staff is extremely personable and efficient. The rooms are very comfortable and wonderfully appointed. And the cost of a 1-nght stay at less than $150 made it a tremendous value. The Granite Restaurant...

The exterior of the building is fantastic however upon opening the doors I felt the space was missing the warm, luxurious furnishings the outside suggested. The lobby was, in my opinion, unwelcoming and cold as was the receptionist that checked me in. She wasn't rude at all just cold and aloof. I entered my room and it was large, modern...

Thank you for taking the time to write about your visit to the Centennial. The hotel was renovated almost 8 years ago now. My friend and I stayed the night in The Governor's Suite and we couldn't have been more pleased. The suite was large. It was very clean. The staff was friendly. When we arrived there were these little lemon bars on the night stand that were absolutely delicious. Next time I'm in Concord this is definitely where I will be staying.

I stayed here a few months ago for a short business trip, and was pleased with the experience. Unlike the Victorian exterior (which is beautiful), the rooms are quite modern. The staff leaves small baked goods in the rooms at night, which is a nice touch. The location is conveniently close to the state buildings in Concord.
