Our first visit to Attitash and the Grand Summit Hotel. Looks are deceiving. The grandeur of the outside of the hotel does not compare with the inside. The hotel is very affordable for families but the entire hotel, plus all the rooms are VERY dated. It all looks very late '70's. Lots of dark wood, old carpeting, run down bathrooms,...

Thank you for your review of our hotel and while we wish it was 5 stars we can tell you that updates to the hotel are on-going and you may not have stayed in one of the rooms that has received some upgraded options. The hotel is an owner share property and updates are on-going and happen over time. We...

I feel a bit sorry for the Grand Summit. It does provide the basics for a ski vacation: convenient ski in ski out, outdoor hot tub, enormous outdoor heated pool, ski check, kitchenette and three reasonable beds in each room, easy valet parking. Then there's everything that takes away from the experience: harsh fluorescent lighting, garish decorating scheme from 1987,...

Thank you for your review. The hotel is actively getting updating like some new furniture in rooms and updated amenities. It unfortunately doesn't happen overnight. We will work hard to continue to offer affordable accommodations for our guests and hope you'll join us again in the future. Greg

Whenever we have free time this is our hotel of choice. It is not only handicap accessible but it has an indoor/outdoor pool that is heated and has two large hot tubs. All this overlooks beautiful wooded ski slopes. Many times we've seen wildlife outside the fence of the pool.

Thank you for your review of our hotel and hope you'll join us again. We don't mind seeing the wildlife around and it's often in the spring/summer months. See you soon. Attitash Mountain

Big hotel. Very Quiet and empty during the week days. Room had a pull down bed mounted into the wall. Although practical use of space it was positioned next to a noisy fridge. It's possible to Ski up to the hotel door which is convenient. Outdoor pool is good and worth going to relax in after a ski session. Gym...

Really nice place right on the mountain. We were in room 101 which was one of only a few rooms that you could ski right up to your ground level balcony. There was also a main ski up entrance to the hotel 2nd floor. The outdoor pool and Jacuzzi area was really cool, they had the pool at about 80...

The Attitash Grand Summit Hotel was a great experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff were very kind and helpful, and the facilities were outstanding. The exercise room really nice, clean, and great equipment. The heated pool and hot tub(s) were relaxing. The ski in and ski out opportunity was great. Overall this was a great place to...

Accommodations were roomy and unpresumptuously comfortable. The kids loved the Murphy bed and the swim out heated pool. The food in the restaurant downstairs is just right when you don't feel like calling the valet and driving off the property - service was exceptionally friendly and the ingredients were fresh. The block of scrambled eggs on the breakfast buffet was...

As always the Staff really the friends are awesome. Having stayed here for well, since built I confess a bit biased, but.. Really even through management comes and goes the backbone, the awesome kind and caring staff makes it the best when away from home. Views awesome, newly renovated rooms nicely done. Look if your a snob and like the...

Great hotel. Great staff. Clean rooms. Outdoor heated pool and hot tubs. Good breakfast buffet. 15 mom to North Conway Center. Nothing like the smell of a fireplace on a chilly night. Would def. Stay again.

Wonderful resort at the base at the ski hill. Outdoor heated pool was a hit with the kids, but needs Adirondack chairs and a fire pit for the parents. Good variety for Breakfast. Rooms are large and include full kitchen with large fridge. I would definitely come back again.
