Such comfortable beds. Pillow were not flat. Curtains that black out the sun. Very quiet, convenient location. Everything we wanted within walking distance. Friendly people working at the front desk . Gift basket upon check in with snacks. Such a great place!

The bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in, besides my bed at home! The people are friendly and the room was very clean. Our truck broke diwn and this was the best place to stay! We will definitely be staying here again!

My husband and I recently attended my 40-year class reunion in Yerington, and based on other TripAdvisor reviews of motels in Yerington, we decided to book a room at the Victorian Rose Inn (VRI). I convinced other classmates to book there as well. When we arrived, I was a bit unsettled since the exterior of the facility seemed uninviting, but little did we know what a surprise awaited us! One of the co-owners, Karen, greeted us warmly and provided us keys for the "Thomas Kincaid Room". She explained use of "The Library" during our stay and after a short and pleasant visit with Karen, we wandered off to our room. Charming, clean, and very comfortable! It was almost like staying in an older B&B, but still a motel. We really felt we were at home in a lovely setting. Although the bathroom was quite small, everything worked as expected (and the room was clean!), the air conditioning was most adequate in the Nevada heat, and the bed was very comfortable. Although we did visit "The Library", we were so busy with friends at the reunion that we never did re-visit the lovely setting. The Library has a great sitting area for quite reading or watching television (yes, there are TV's in each room), a coffee maker, small microwave, and massive ice machine. The VRI sisters have done a remarkable job making their "home away from home" a comfortable and welcoming respite for weary travelers.

Since the VRI is in the center of town, everything is within walking distance comfortably - and quiet! I do remember this being a motel in my youth, and these ladies have done a lovely job in providing a nice "home away from home" in Yerington with an older property. Also recommended for breakfast or lunch is the Country Sunflower restaurant about six miles south on Hwy 95A (toward Schurz and Hawthorne). One of my classmates and the motel owner recommended a stop. My husband and I enjoyed a quality breakfast there in pleasant surroundings. Very good food, clean, and cute atmosphere. It was worth the short trip!

We can recommend the Victorian Rose Inn during your stay in Yerington!

Our ladies bowling team went to Yerington for the Nevada State Tournament in May, 2011. The rooms were like visiting your grandma and she let you use her room! The cozy atmosphere prompted us to get our lunch to go and take it back to the "library" to eat together. The library is full of books, tapes and a TV to play them on, a full size coffee pot, microwave and ice machine. Also a dining room table, armchairs, puzzles and games. I wish that I could find a motel like this everywhere we go. Thank you so much for a great stay.

I've stayed here twice. Both rooms were decorated slightly cheesily, but with sincerity. Room #2, where I stayed the last time, was decorated with a gold mining theme (maps, photos, paintings, etc). The quilt on the bed looked hand-made. The place isn't fancy, but this is Yerington. "Cookie-cutter," it isn't. You can get a good nights sleep here.

Great stopover on the way to Las Vegas. I love the basket of complimentary treats that the Inn provides for you. Nothing fancy, just nice folks to do business with. Rooms are comfortable, decor maybe a little dated, but excellent value for a stop over nights' rest.

My staff stayed at the inn for a week while working in the local area. The rooms are clean and fully equipped with a refrigerator/microwave. The breakfast service is more like a B&B with plenty of options. The hotel is very quiet at night and a short walk from the downtown restaurants. I would highly recommend the inn for both the business and leisure traveler.

From the exterior, you might not expect much from this motel, but it is very well maintained and comfortable. It's definitely a price performer. We stayed a few nights and slept well. We had a nice, comfortable king sized bed. We didn't hear any noise from the exterior or the neighbors. The management was very friendly and the gift basket was a nice touch. They have a Hospitality room with books and TV as well as coffee, water, fruit, cereal, snack bars and pastries. Another bonus for us was the lack of an extra fee for our dog. We will definitely be back next year.

This place isn't fancy but it's personable, clean, comfortable and friendly. We were in Yerington for the high school regional track meet and the manager made a poster with our daughter's name on it and decorated our door with it along with balloons in our school colors. It was a wonderful way to make us feel welcome and wish our athlete good luck! Our room was large and freshly decorated and clean. The welcome basket was a nice touch---fruit, granola bars, candy, water bottles, etc.. We had a little trouble connecting to the wifi so they sent someone to help us at 9pm, and he was more than happy to do it. We slept very well. The breakfast nook was comfy and cozy---doughnuts, fruit, frozen breakfast burritos, blueberry scones, juice, oatmeal, yogurt. Our room had a fridge, microwave, and an extra sink. I highly recommend this hotel for the comfort and friendliness and price. You can't go wrong here.

Here's the deal: for the limited accommodation options in Yerington, this is probably the best option. Clean, comfortable, fridge and microwave in room, breakfast area, friendly staff-they're really trying, and it shows. Will stay again.

The Main St Inn used to called Victorian Rose and the number is listed under that name. Travelers have to call for reservations, there is no online reservation system. # is (775)463-2164.
