Been to a lot of Harrah's properties. Most are new and clean looking. This one is old, and it looks it. The rooms are small, the casino is spread out over two buildings and a hallway. It was clean, but just had an old feel to it. The Harrah's in Lake Tahoe is much nicer.

Yes, we are the first and original Harrah's Reno and made up of several buildings that have been bought throughout the years. Thanks for your feedback.

Wanted to try this place as we usually stay at the Nugget. There is a resort fee of $13 that is supposed to include spa, internet and other things. The spa is under construction and not available for use. The internet is very slow and you have to constantly sign on. No cashiers in the East tower, so for any...

Our Spa and Pool are still open; only the gym is under renovation at this time. As for being spread out, our casino is made up of many buildings that have been connected over the years. You will find that many places now have a resort fee, we are among the cheapest. Thanks for your feedback.

I had an excellent trip. I had a great time. The room was very nice and clean! As soon as I got out of the car the valet boy made me smile. He was not only friendly but he was very helpful. My casino host Jason Grande was exceptionally personable as well a helpful. I couldnt have asked for a...

This is a nice property. Everything was as expected. Front desk check in and check out was way above expectations. My only complaint would be the maid service. They spoke little English, understood less, and showed up to clean rhe room 4:30,5:00 in the afternoon. I'd go back again.

Thanks for your very nice remarks about us here at Harrah's Reno. I am sorry that the maids do not understand or speak English and that they showed up at 4:30 or 5 in the afternoon. We look forward to your return visit.

Beds and showers were nice , no remote for the TV , Maid left the door open and did not pull close , nothing missing. Met Jesse a leader in Security , well spoken , great personality and very knowing about Reno and Harrahs, a terrific pleasure to meet. The steak house downstairs , is not to be Missed. Jesse's...

The Casino was hot & filled with cigarette smoke. Several unpleasant odors located throughout the casino gave me the impression that it isn't being adequately cleaned. There was a heavy odor of vomit on the way to the elevators that was present throughout our entire stay. The room had some type of crusty substance on the wall.

Every year I go Reno and stay at Harrah's. I bowl a 500 women's bowling club. I like the short 2 blocks from the casino. However, I gamble there, I eat in the Hash Café. Their breakfast is good and service is great. I will be going again the 2nd weekend to stay at Harrah's and bowl at the Stadium...

Never been to Reno. Made a reservation over the phone going there. Took along time. The young man was trying to sell me credit cards instead of making our reservation. Was told we were getting two queens. But we were told at check in only have full size. Was told we were getting a newer room. I requested because of...

We have stayed in another hotel in Reno with our pet, however this hotel provided an actual pet relief area right outside by the elevator to or room. Good value, all the amenities and right downtown. Decent casino, and dining.

We came to see Big Bad Voodoo Daddy. The show was cancelled. We came from Bay Area just for concert and when it was cancelled we were given $5 coupon which could only be used that night. What a waste! It could have at the least been available for coffee the next day! Glad we decided to stay at Silver...
