We would like to apologize for the inconvenience that you experienced. I do recall your stay, which was during a time that our rates were lower than most other local properties. I recall that we mentioned the noise situation, at the time that you checked in, due to construction that was happening at the Hwy intersection. I apologize that there was construction happening in our area at the time you stayed. We try to give our customers fair warning when they check in. I am more than happy to accommodate you at a discount for your next stay.
