The rooms are basic without Coffee or Refrigerator. Quiet, Clean and fairly secured with security. Several areas have been renovated; yet needs further upgrades. Great friendly staff. Casino is somewhat eclectic and reminiscences of yesteryear!! Reasonable Priced!!
Older cut rate hotel and casino on the Colorado River in Navada....no fridge... no microwave...no coffee maker...no discount on rooms...low rate for all...no elevator for second or 3rd floor...stayed in a disabled room....only difference was ground floor and grab bars in the shower...was cheap...bed was good...remote worked... TV worked...room cleaning o ly twice a week
It was a nice room. Very clean. Great location. We were there for a concert and easily walked to our destination. Staff was nice. Hotel is quiet. The reason for the 4 stars is there is no refrigerator or microwave in the room but plenty of restaurants nearby. I'd stay here again.
We stayed in a pet friendly room with our dog and the room was nice especially for the price. We wouldn’t have been able to come here if it wasn’t for the great rate. We were very pleasantly surprised at how nice the room was. The staff was very friendly as well.
Dirty rooms, old diapers under the bed, issues with the AC real dump, but it is cheap so there’s that. Outside walkways are scary whole building feels like it’s about to come tumbling down elevators smell horrible cleaning staff is terrible and unfortunately a attitude that would go with it on a positive note blueberry Flats is a great place for a good breakfast
Pro- great location on the water, parking area for boats, easy access to load and unload cars or boats, easy access to river walk, walking distance to restaurants, water view rooms, affordable. Clean sheets, comfortable beds, descent shower. Room fridge available for rent - first come , first served. Caring and descent security. Friendly staff. Con- room was dirty I wore shoes the entire time while inside, musty smell, mold on wall above shower, hair from previous guest in shower. No cleaning service so needed to request clean towels. Gambling was all machines no live games. Not fancy but under renovation.
Pros: It was clean. It was cheap (during the week). There was no resort fee. There was vinyl plank flooring, not carpet. Restaurant was really good. Location was right on riverwalk. Cons: No refrigerator or microwave. AC was not turned on when I entered room (it was 109 degrees outside). WiFi was present, but slow. Furniture was sparse and odd (desk, but no chair; weird piece of furniture that was larger than a chair, but smaller than a loveseat; no towel bar by sink; bare white walls). Cheaper rooms are in a separate building far away from front desk. No place to do laundry. The required $75 deposit is actually charged to your credit card and refunded - they don't just hold your card number in case of damage (this is really off-putting). Bottom line: If you're looking for a cheap overnight stay in Laughlin or relatively close to I-40, this is the place. But if you're looking for a weekend getaway, you might spring for something a tad pricier to get more value. Come to the restaurant either way - food was high quality, large portions, and relatively reasonably priced (I had 2 meals there).…
We have been to this Hotel many times years ago..Was always a Great Place to stay. But, this last trip was very disappointing..The rooms are really showing their age. Just not a fun relaxing place anymore even the restaurant was very expensive and was not good at all.
I really liked the recent reno's, rooms where very clean and a great price. Casino has been updated a little and is nice an bright now. Was disappointed the Bumbleberry didn't open till 8 as I was looking forward to the meal I have had there before but had to depart prior to opening.
The room was SO dirty with horrible stains, the only good thing was the non-carpeted floor so you coud see it, it was so very very very very bad. Parking was free, but it was really really really really disgusting. The Lady who checked us in was great, but offered to send in housekeeping the second day when I whined. I believe people might be living there because the rate on the weekend was $49 but dropped to $33 today. If it was clean, I would have rated it so much higher
