Upon arrival of this place the outside surrounding area looked like a typical Laughlin hotel, with a decent lobby & casino area. Really nice bowling alley, Ice cream parlor & activity area downstairs. Although there’s designated non smoking areas, it’s heavily smoked. Our room was beyond dated. Person @ front desk said they acquired this hotel 8 years ago & was updating the rooms. In the winter time, even through a 3rd party, this should’ve been less than $100 per

Shocking!!!! Arrived to be “greeted” by an arrogant rude lady who made us wait til she was ready to seat us in a restaurant that was under half full and no one else waiting. Ordered the beef stew and on completion pointed out to waitress that several pieces of the beef remaining on my plate were burnt black and as hard as iron , please let chef know. She returned to say that chef said that was normal as pieces do get burnt !! My response to this was to politely explain that inedible food was not an accepted part of any meal and chef should ashamed serving food that cannot be eaten - her reply was a vague that is what chef said it comes like that . Do not use this place , plenty of other options in Laughlin

STAY HERE IF YOU WANT TO BE STOLEN FROM WITH GAMING COMING IN TO SEE THE INCIDENT. . I was playing the quick hit machine one morning after I got up. Starting my day off playing Quick Hits. The game has a 95% payback percentage. I put 400 in it, nothing at all since I knew the payout percent in this game I called gaming. They tried changing the machine before they got there so I sat there on the seat so they couldn't change it gaming got there. 10 mins or so later. Gaming did an audit of the machine payout was set to 62% that is unbelievable you have no chance. Gaming opened up 5 more slots and had been fined for all 5 of them at that point all payouts were 85 % or under. I was sick and couldn't do anything but walk out feeling violated and robbed. A casino has a profit built in. Why do you have to have to where your take is33% percent over any other casino and payouts? DON'T GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO HAVE YOUR HARD WORK MONEY STOLEN WITH YOUR OWN 2 EYES. Even the employee sat there for the last 200 and said wtf he's never seen this before went from a casino to a slot bar to a shady place where no one but drug addicts and deals goes. Prostitution runs rapidly my wife was pissed when at dinner we had a girl approach me for 30 mins for 50 dollars right in front of my wife and the kids couldn't belive it. PLACE IS A PIT GO TO THE AQUARIUS EDGEWATER OR GOLDEN NUGGET THEY AT LEAST ARE SET AT GAMING PERCENT OR ABOVE PAYOUTS. Without the drugs and prostitution as far as I can tell.

Don’t believe the info posted by the hotel. There’s no food basket and the front desk didn’t know anything about it. Our room was in need of a complete renovation but the mattress was comfortable. This place is about to close and should! There’s no valet parking and only one person to unload luggage. He happened to be on a break when we got there, so we were told to wait. The parking garage is about half a block away and no security anywhere outside. If you’re disabled, too bad. They are doing some work in front of the hotel and people are parking all along the curbs painted yellow. Hope this place doesn’t have a fire as these vehicles are definitely blocking emergency vehicles. Once you get inside the place reeks of cigarette smoke. Our room was on the 18th floor and wasn’t too bad except for the 1990 era Phillips TV with 10 stations, all unwatchable because of the poor condition of the TV. None of the ice machines worked. If you needed ice, you had to go to the front desk where they handed you a plastic wrap of ice about the size of a volleyball. Then you carry it back to your room while juggling it because it was cold and put it in the bathroom sink since they have no ice buckets either. We never saw anyone on our floor, including housekeeping. We had two sets of towels for two people and were staying 3 nights. We asked the front desk to bring more towels and empty the trash but of course that was never done and I had to get towels myself at the front desk. As we were leaving early in the morning, I asked if we could borrow a luggage cart. They said no. Then I asked who was going to bring our luggage down since they only have one employee that works days. They thought maybe the never seen by us housekeeping employee could do it. So, we ended up bringing our luggage down in several trips and then getting the car which was parked a half a block away and loading everything ourselves. They have a general store where you can get coffee except of course the coffee machine was broken and the restaurant doesn’t open until 8:00 . We ending up buying coffee at the bar and then going back to the general store for cream and sugar. The only positive things about this place were the employees at the front desk who did their best but don’t have the authority to actually be much help. They’re only allowed to deliver bad news. The restaurant also had great servers and the food was excellent. I googled to find out who owns this place and turns out, it’s Craig Estey, a multimillionaire. Figures.

We love this place. It started out with an awesome check in. Alycia you were the best. Our room was clean and comfortable. We loved sitting by the window and watching the river. The bighorn cafe was excellent. We ate at dotty's our last night there and wished we had tried it sooner. The prices were very reasonable. We will be back and this will be the only place we stay. Job well done

Eh. It was alright. Water taxis didn't seem to go to that hotel. They had 4 different types of casinos. That was kinda cool. Oh and the arcade room. THAT was awesome! It was fun watching the jet skiers flying all over the place. They have a nice viewing room. Kinda warm but not much you can do when the sun is blaring down on the window. Actually very well insulated. Just super hot out there! Wear sunscreen and drink tons of water!

DO NOT STAY HERE. SERVICE has gone down. Visited a few years back and was satisfied with the hotels offerings. Fast forward to today, not only me but many other guests are dissatisfied with their bad services. Elevators are not working properly. People were stuck on an elevator for over 30 mins, they contacted the police & fire department only for hotel staff to LIE and say that actually no one needed help and no elevator was stuck. Customer safety should be #1 priority. Today we were dissatisfied with the amenities this hotel has to offer. ( keep in mind we had no problem prior) The ice machines are not working, you have to go to the lobby and Can get a very small bag of ice. (Not even enough to fill up your cooler.) Another thing is Toilet paper. You get one toilet paper and have to keep requesting more. Another problem was the room AC, it was not working properly and apparently we weren’t the only ones with this problem. After the elevator incident there were many people asking the hotel for refunds due to the bad service given. I do not recommend you stay here.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Before booking our five-day vacation, I did some searches on the reviews from the area, including Hotels.com, and found this to have a 7.8 out of 10 and affordable. The reviews seem decent; now, I believe they were phony. Their webpage advertises that every room will receive a snack basket upon arrival. There were no snacks, and when my wife inquired at the front desk, the front desk employee told her she had no idea what my wife was talking about. My wife told her it was on their webpage and the response from the staff member was she didn’t know anything about it. The front of the building was under construction, which in and of itself was not a big deal, but when we walked in, it appeared we flashed back to the late 1980s; this place needs a serious facelift to bring it into 2022. Check-in was terrible; the staff seemed to have an I don't care attitude; they seemed more concerned about the conversation they were having with each other before I walked up than the new guest checking in. Once we got to the room, the 1980’s theme continued, from the TV to the furniture to the room thermostat. However, it was very clean, so we agreed to overlook the old and outdated room as we did not plan to spend much time in it. After our first night, we left early in the morning, stopped at the front desk, and again encountered a staff member who did not seem to care and had the attitude of why we were interrupting her. We were simply requesting to have our room cleaned. This employee responded with an attitude that she would add it to the list. My wife and I looked at each other in disbelief. We returned to our room in the evening and found it had not been cleaned. My wife called down to advise our room had not been cleaned and that we needed towels so we could shower. The employee actually laughed at my wife and said it was not her fault the room did not get cleaned. My wife had to ask for towels three more times before she got off the phone. We waited in our room for about 15 minutes before walking down to the front desk. Again, this employee was explained about our request for service and then the phone call. She contacted someone on the phone to get us new towels and asked if we were going back to our room. At this point, we decided to play some games and authorized them to enter our room, leave the towels, and pick up the trash we had bagged up for them. We returned to our room over an hour later… You guessed it, there were still no towels, so we went back to the front desk and spoke with a new employee who was at the front desk as we asked for the manager. This employee said they did not have a night manager, and we would need to talk to the day manager Debbie. We were informed that there was “no one in charge when the manager was not there.” We again asked for new towels for our room, and she assured us she would call and have them sent up. When we arrived back in our room, the same housekeeping staff member my wife spoke with earlier called our room and asked her again if she still needed the towels and trash taken out, my wife told her she did, and about 15 minutes later they finally arrived. The first request was at around 9:10 am, and it took asking five times before we finally received the requested towels at around 9:25 pm. All of this back and forth occurred with only one of the six elevators working during our entire five day stay.
