This Hotel actually caught me off guard. Rooms facing the Colorado River are Cool, Eclectic and spacious. Restaurants are good and individuals are hitting jackpots!! Stay on Higher Level Floors!! Peaceful, Quiet, Clean and Serene...Be advised... a deposit is required for the first three nights; then returned!! Resort Fees are required!!

Make sure they refund your deposit. I have called numerous times for my deposit and still haven't received it I was there for the weekend for the Dionne Warwick show which was fantastic had a river view room which was nice however the smell of the river was unusual.

The worst place I've ever been ever. There were roaches in the bathroom and in the hallways as well. In addition, the hotel is dirty as hell. The people you see are weird. There were police officers in the lobby. I don't understand how a place like this can remain open. If you care about your health, please don't stay there. They even charge a "resort fee" which is crazy due to the level of insanity you can find all over the place.

This hotel has seen its better days. We started off in the Santa Fe Tower, but quickly found that the hot water was out. Contacted the front desk and requested another room. They accommodated us by moving us to the Sedona Tower. This tower was definitely better and cost more because it had a river view. We were not charged for the upgrade. So the staff that we interacted with were super friendly and have no complaints with regards to that. However, the facilities were older and didn’t have a clean feel to it. IF we ever ventured that way again, we would probably try a different hotel.

Laughlin is still stuck in the 90s when it comes to a lot of things. So if you go there already knowing this it won’t shock you as much. The edgewater is on the river, so that’s fun. However the hotel rooms need a MAJOR renovation! They also are in need of some deep cleaning. I would say new carpet to start!

Staying here to see Little River Band. And this is our second of three nights. There is a strong sewer smell at times that lasts quite awhile. Not just in the hall but in my room. Most of these hotels need a major overhaul and should be held to some standard of quality. Stay at your own risk. The show was great though.

Room was dirty & run down. Bed & pillows extremely lumpy. Plunger in bath sink didn't work & had to pull completely out so water could drain. Shower was heavily stained with calcium build up on shower door and track. Elevators have NOT been cleaned in years. Only 5 choices to eat...Dennys..OK, Steak house $$$$, Dunkins, PT sandwiches...closed & pizza place....LONG wait for $$ pizza. No AC in hallways & elevators. Bottom line ... Stay anywhere else!!!!

we went to this hotel beer we’re told all hotels were full. We look on line the room was (I believe $69) they charge us over$200 and around $75 for a resort fee, far from a resort. When we were talking to the receptionist behind the counter see told us 190 million in renovation, OK and we found out she was a manager. the elevators were very slow, when we got to our floor it smelled worse then it did in the lobby, no AC and dark in the hallways. Then we get to our room wow even worse smelly, the toilet did not flush just spun. The counter in the bath room Was all chipped up and the mirror was missing the reflectiveness in some areas the door needed to be slammed to close, This is all pathetic. The AC ran all night and never reached temperature. I don’t believe they changed our sheet do to the fact, I felt something stabbing me in my butt, it was a large toenail, photo attached you can’t imagine how pissed we were but we traveled all day and I wasn’t about to go down and fight with management. The bathroom sink didn’t even drain. There was a ice bucket, look like a sour cream container I used me water bottle instead then found out the ice machine didn’t work. Photos are attached In the morning my wife went down to complain, they did nothing and offered less. You would expect something. I would not recommend this place, I would recommend going across the river and staying in Bullhead city. I will not revisit this area again

We have been on the road for a few weeks now, many states many hotels. I am no diva, I don't mind imperfections, it's all part of the adventure. However, this room smells. I ignored it because I was so tired. We wanted to sleep in so I booked a second night online. Very condescending lady kept calling me in the room the next morning and even said security would be knocking soon?!!??!! I had room confirmation and they had my credit card. Never in my years of travel has any hotel threatened me with security when I have extended the room?!! She was even able to confirm it in her computer, yet was STILL so incredibly rude. I'm very chill, I don't get upset by rude people, but I'm not gonna lie... her tone and calling me 'honey' dripping in sarcasm has me fueled. I'd rather sleep in my car than ever return to this hotel. We did play at Pioneer, their entire staff was charming, from the friendly security guard that would tease us, to the restaurant staff and cocktail servers. We hadn't played here yet, and won't. Plus, the river view from 25th floor was a waste because the window was so dirty. No fridge. Hallways are hot and steamy and smell unpleasant. Again, I would have just ignored the imperfections... but not a snarky condescending rude woman. Never have we had this issue whenever we extend our stay anywhere! Vegas, NY, Cali, and everything in between. HARD PASS!!!
