Hotel's Favourite
Over the years I have seen The Excalibur Hotel and Casino get a bad rap in mentions as not being a good selection for a hotel on the Vegas Strip. I was pleasantly surprised to find my room large, clean, in good shape, and with outstanding housekeeping service keeping me in towels, washrags, and toiletries daily. Something many hotels are skimping on using Covid as an excuse. The casino was also modern, clean, and with a great variety of slot machines. Excalibur is also well situated on the Strip near New York New York and Bally's.

We have stay here in the past and they rarely dissapoint. Price is fine, MGM Resort fees along with all other hotel resort fees are a cash grab, but the Excalibur is in the Center of where we need to be, affordable, safe.

Super close to everything staff was accommodating, and the room was clean. I loved every single minute! The front desk could have had a few more workers, but other than that food options were great. Activities are great and shopping was great! The hotel maids stayed out of our room as we instructed, but were very helpful when asking for new towels ect.

Room condition was poor and very dirty. Stains in carpet, dirty windows,, shower floor was disgusting, a/c and hair dryer broken,, and excessive deodorizer smell in room. Upgrade requested in advance was declined. Not worth the money!

we got there 6hours late so it was 2:00am had to be out of room bye 12:00pm asked for 1:30 check out not available. so we had to leave room wait down in casino with are stuff didnt get much sleep 4 hours got woke up to noise
