We have stayed at this hotel several times. The dealers and staff are wonderful especially Shirley and Yolly. It is nice that the staff remembers you from previous trips. Love the improvements to the buffet and rooms. It was and easy walk to the other hotels in the area and shopping.

Booked a 4 night stay in March during March Madness. As it was a huge problem finding a room in Vegas I chose this hotel due to proximity of my conference. What a mistake! This hotel is truly awful. The room in the Royal tower wasn't bad - it was the smell throughout the property that forced me to leave...

I stayed here for 3 nights on business in a 2 queen room in the Royal Tower and I had no major problems or complaints. My room looked out at the strip and the Tropicana hotel across the street. It had a partial view of the mountain and the sunrise view would have been amazing if it wasn't half blocked...

After reading negative reviews of the Excalibur, my friend and I were delightfully surprised by our four-night stay. We found the room to be clean and neat and the hotel property in general to be perfectly acceptable in every way. We spent time in the casino and found it to be much like the other casinos in this price range....

Prices were higher than usual due to March Madness and spring break, so made it less worth going to. Room was dirty when we arrived, but we dealt with it. Does no good to request good views or room selection when they send you an email. Quick check in assigns you the first clean and available room you can get...

Hotel was very enjoyable to stay had every thing you needed inside and the design theme makes it really seem like you are in a castle. Only down side to our stay was being hounded by travel agents letting on to be hotel staff selling tickets for shows at discount prices while all they want is us to do is...

First up we had to walk my young family around/through the Casino's gambling area (table, slot machines) to get to reception. We then had to wait a considerable time to check in, with other guests just walking up to reception bypassing the line many of us were waiting in. I acknowledge the staff tried hard, but a tip - friendly...

A clear NO GO. The most horrible hotel experience in my 15 years of business visits in Las Vegas. What a rip off. USD 500/night - taking brutal advantage of high season and lack of availability. Forced out of Mandelay Bay I had literally no other option. Check in: seriously - at USD 500 / night they even put me...
