Buy the to go cup at the TI store near self-park (look for Krispy Kreme logo) for $8. You get one free drink at time of purchase. Every additional cup is $1. No tax. No limit. Other hot beverage choices available. Enjoy! Elevators are trickiest part of hotel.
Treasure Island is well situated on the strip. It is safe, with security ensuring you have a hotel room card to use the elevators. Great selling point: free parking. The pool is nice and clean and spacious. There are many food and drink offerings on the property or around, of course. If going to Vegas with a family, as we did, it's a good option although there are no kid-specific offerings to speak of. It didn't bother us because we had plans, but good to know.
The hotel refused to match the price that Expedia was offering and it would have cost almost double if we booked with the hotel directly. Once the reservation was made through the 3rd party we were made to wait an hour before the hotel would check us in (it was 10pm). The check in staff were very unhelpful and rude throughout the whole experience. We will not come back to this hotel.
I LOVE staying here!! Staff are always courteous, respectful and beyond helpful. Breakfast at the coffee shop is always good. I always win in the casino and the slot attendants are quick- no waiting for jackpot payouts. It has everything I need , including a CVS. Only downfall was that room service was not available after 2pm. My kids, granddaughter and myself were very happy and comfortable. I will be definitely continue staying at Treasure Island
I stayed here because of the location. It was fine but disappointing. A basic, inexpensive hotel room. What wasn’t great included: the online pre registration link didn’t work, they didn’t have the room type I booked, the internet in my room wasn’t working and I had to wait on hold for 30+ minutes to engage someone to fix it and then it was slow to the point it was hard to do video calls, they wouldn’t let me add room service to my room because I hadn’t proactively asked to be able to do that when I checked in, the heating/cooling is archaic (doesn’t have temperature on it just bars of cold, warm, hot) and waffled between really hot and really cold, the restaurant selection is bad and they don’t allow you to do take out, the towels were clearly very old, scratchy, and small, you have to each morning if you want your room cleaned, the TV doesn’t enable you to use streaming services, etc.…
The wait to check in was horrible! I was the second person in line and I waited 15 minutes for my turn. There were only 2 agents and one was busy helping another couple for over 25 minutes. This left one agent for the other dozen people behind me. The agent was very kind and tried to get me the room I requested which was not available at the time. I still got a strip view but on the 31st floor which has the mystere wrap on the windows so the view was obstructed. I had a comment on my reservation regarding my asthma. I told the agent I had asthma and I still was given a dusty room which I had to clean myself in order to breathe at night. I still had to use my inhaler at night. The rooms are definitely in need of a deep clean. The bathroom was dirty and the vent was disgusting. I did appreciate the deep tub and bath products. They provide spa quality shampoo, conditioner, lotion, shower gel and two bars of soap. Hair dryer is hiding in top of closet. Empty fridge was a nice amenity but no coffee maker in the room. The bed was comfortable with clean linens. Declined housekeeping and used the Ivy system to request extra towels. After 6 hours of waiting, I ended up calling housekeeping directly and they were delivered within 20 minutes. Casino too smokey to hang around in. We went to other hotels with better ventilation system. Food options have varying dining hours during the week. Although TI is cheaper than the properties around it, the cost of the extra resort fee , having to clean my own room due to the dust and not using any of the services the resort fee was charged for, I will elect to pay more elsewhere next time I’m in Vegas.…
Looking around my room in this hotel, the first thing I noticed was how dusty the furniture was. When I went into the bathroom the counter around the sink wasn't cleaned properly. I cleaned up things myself and called the front desk to tell them this. I was asked if I want housekeeping to come to room. I felt like I was talking to an idiot when I asked what for and got no answer, repeatedly saying that I already cleaned things myself. I needed an extra roll of toilet paper, and finally found it, in the closet high up on a shelf. Over the few days in Las Vegas I asked hotel staff how to get to various places and no one knew how to get anywhere. At one point I went up to the Guest Services counter. The young woman there who had previously been unhelpful, was all to eager to leave her desk. At 3:45 pm I was told "We're Closed". The only people who knew what they were doing were three women who worked at the Bell desk. Thank - you Vicky, Tanis and Elsa. …
Very old fashioned, all bedroom furniture bumped, scraped . room and bathroom needs total refurb When we asked for additional duvets as we were cold, got very old blankets with cigarette burn No kettle or coffee machine, when we asked for 1 told no! Very smoky throughout hotel our bedroom was ok Cafe, restaurants expensive and all on the side of the Casino so very smoky Good points: location. rooms serviced daily , decent towels and toiletries
Made reservations months ago. Received an email inviting me to early check in and when I got there they wanted to charge me $50 to check in. Asked for rooms close to each other... We did get the same floor yet we are as far as we could be from each other. Got a strip view room, except they have a banner over the window. I will never stay here again and I advise you to look elsewhere. Unaccommodating and rude! The only good service was from the bellmen.
I think Tesia Allen’s fine except you don’t have an elevator take us up stairs to the parking garage that accommodates wheelchairs. We were exhausted having to track all the way around just to get back to the parking garage and then have to bring her wheelchair all the way back to check out. We probably won’t stay here again because of that reason.
