We checked in at the self check out. Super easy and convenient- but we upgraded at the kiosk. However got to our room and it was not an upgraded room. We went to the front desk. They up graded us to king room with a view. Got to our new room and it was difficult to see out. It was dark when we arrived so we just went with it. Got up in the morning and realized the building was wrapped with an advertisement for the show that was playing and blocking our view. Spoke with the desk once again. The man ended up upgrading us again free of charge to 35 floor panoramic view! We aren’t normally the type to complain, but so glad that we nicely stated our issues and it was resolved above and beyond! Will definitely we back when in Vegas

Consistently excellent: check-in experience was smooth and worry free. We always come to TI for the price, excellent accommodations and service experience. Sometimes we even win a little 😉! We’ve converted friends from other hotels as well!

I reserved a petite suite at treasure Island to celebrate my 35 wedding anniversary. When we arrived the check in line was so long there was at least 50 people on the line with 2 workers. When we entered the suite it looked like a room with two queen size beds. The television was on the side of the wall so it was hard to watch television. We booked non smoking however the room smelled like smoke. The Jacuzzi was small in the bathroom my husband and I couldn't get in together. The decor was dated. We were supposed to stay for 6 days we checked out the next day. I was so disappointed because I plan a perfect vacation for my anniversary. Never again will I visit treasure Island or refer anyone.

Treasure Island was in the perfect location. We had a early arrival and they where accommodating to get us into a room for early check in and then be moved to a different room if preferred since there was no King bed room options at that time. We were fine w/the double Queen. The hotel rooms are outdated but clean and comfortable non the less. They had a 24hr CVS inside which was great and directly connected to Fashion Show Mall. Not to mention great priced rooms. We would stay here again, everyone was nice and helpful.

Where do I start, BAD WIFI, TV's not working. First time on a trip to Vegas and recommended to me by several people our expectation was that this place would be amazing. Not the case, I went with 3 other people all in separate rooms, one of them had to switch rooms 3 times dealing with a filthy room every time, my room was dirty and so were the other 2 although it didn't seem to help to switch so I didn't bother even with crumbs on the floor, hair on the beds and dust all over the black dresser. One room on the floor and also outside the elevators on top of the garbage can had pizza boxes and beer cans sitting there all four days, you'd think the cleaners that go by them every day would have the decency to pick them up. Day 2, I had my stuff laid out on the room, so I left the privacy tag on the door when I went for breakfast only to go back to my room and find the cleaner in my room. I asked why she was in there and she denied that the tag was on the door. Even after she'd left it was still dirty with water stains on the counter in the washroom. When I got back to the hotel later the front desk said I had to come back the next day when there was a manger present... What a Joke. Not expecting anything but a proper experience this definitely fell short of a 1 star Vegas hotel.

Would not recommend. Check in was the best part of this hotel. The room was dirty and had mold, the daily cleaning never removed any trash. The hot water was hit or miss. There are no good restaurants or bars in the hotel. Old and dated. Just not a good place to stay.

We have booked the west jet vacation package through a travel agency. There was no acknowledgment of a resort fee of about $50 per night. Resort fee is charged for free parking, free wifi in room and amenities. The Pool was closed We have talked to front desk manager and requested for waving the resort fee or make a discount as the services in the Hotel are very poor and she did not accepted. There is no water bottles, no tea or coffee bags, no electrical kettle, in room. The pool was closed as well. I am expressing my dissatisfaction.

The room was clean and reasonably priced. Housekeeping was on point with cleanliness and fresh towels every day. Casino and lobby floor was filled with cigarette smoke, but I didn't see many people smoking. Looks like ventilation issues. On our last night, we received a text at 11pm stating that the water was being shut off from 2am until 6 am the next morning. We had to leave at 4:30 am for our flight home. This made getting ready very challenging and has never happened to me at a hotel before. I contacted Treasure Island, and they gave me one night of resort fees back, which was minimal but acceptable.

Treasure Island isn't the classiest hotel on the strip. However, it's clean, the location is excellent and it represents very good value for money. There's a CVS on site and a starbucks. The whole hotel is dated and the casino floor looks tired and was largely empty. On the plus side the room was large, the bed was comfortable, there was a fridge and it was serviced everyday of my four day stay. The staff are helpful and unlike most other strip hotels the parking is free, that's a saving of $18-25/day. You can also check in at a kiosk and this is fast and easy. Definitely top marks for value.
