While our initial 1 Bedroom suite had a couple cleanliness issues, the move to the upstairs conjoined rooms more than made up for the rocky start. Having no resort fees and no parking fees are just the tip of the iceburg. Each suite has a kitchenette, the conjoined had a full sized fridge, double elec burner stovetop, dishwasher, and murphy bed which the kids loved. The couch was very comfortable as were the beds except they run hot. Bathrooms water pressure could be better. Events throughout the week such as movie night, and breakfast info sessions were also a nice touch. The gym is small but doable. Also the location is a short walk to the Strip. Oh and ApplePay laundry on the top floor seals the deal as a top value prop for Las Vegas.

This property has been remodeled. The rooms and every part of the room was a 110%improvement over times I've stayed in the past. Convenient location to the strip. Too cold for the pool, but would be a great family get-away.

Was in town for the Super Bowl and needed a nice and affordable place to crash. This is a nice, quiet, secure, hidden gem just off the strip. Away from the chaos but close enough to the action. Not a lot of hotel amenities but I would stay here again for a solo trip.

We love the simplicity of staying at The Carriage House. Parking, room access, the Harmon fly-over, laundry, etc. The interactions with the staff were pleasant and professional. We will definitely be back.

We recently stayed at The Carriage House for a quick trip to Las Vegas with our teenager. There is an unending list of great things to say about our stay: clean, friendly, updated, safe, centrally located.. I could go on and on. It is really a great hotel. Marked down to 4/5 because the thermostat reset every 30 min or hour. We'd set it to 65 when we went to bed and an hour later, it'd be 72 degrees in the room again. So we lowered it and again woke up in a sauna. There was no way to hold the temperature on the thermostat and 2 calls to the front desk were completely unhelpful. We wound up getting out of bed 4 or 5 times every night to lower the thermostat. If they could replace with thermostats that hold the temperature, it'd absolutely be a 5/5 hotel.

Our week stay was enjoyable. The place is very sound proof and quiet. Had a great view of the sphere. Staff was great and very accommodating. The information session was knowledgeable to everyone attending.

Second time at this hotel. Did not disappoint! Walking distance to the strip but wish it was closer to a tram. Was a bit noisy with the construction on Harmon and loud vehicles going up and down Audrie St. Bed was comfortable but wish the room had a shower instead of a bathtub. Next time will request a shower. Otherwise, we loved our stay!

It's a very nice property. The staff was very helpful and nice. It's located close to the Strip. It was a one-bedroom apartment with a full kitchen. Our only real problem was that we were told the pool and hot tub would be up and running in February. It wasn't so we had to find somewhere else to use a hot tub.

We come to Vegas about once a year & we belong to a vacation club (NOT a time share membership!). Our usual condo wasn't available, but this place was, so we thought to give it a try & it definitely met our expectations. The one bedroom unit was clean upon arrival, had adequate seating in the living area & the bathroom was very large. The only thing we missed was having a stackable washer & dryer in our unit, which we've had in the past at other condos, but we were aware of this when we booked our stay. The parking of our rental car was very secure & more than enough parking spaces were available. The bed was very comfortable & the provided extra linens in the closet if needed. I'd also like to point out the location of this property is PERFECT in respect to proximity to The Strip & other activities. Close enough to the action & at the same time, far enough from the noise & busyness. If I had to find anything negative about our stay, the only things I would mention was the bathtub shower, which was only a hand-held, left a lot to be desired & the kitchen cupboards could have had more cooking/baking items, such as cookie sheets, baking dishes, water pitcher, etc. The staff was very accomodating & friendly also.

The Carriage House is a quiet small hotel just off the Strip. Easy to walk to restaurants and shows, but a quiet refuge with no casino to walk through in order to come and go. Great, large, clean room with a well-equipped kitchen. Laundry room with clean, new equipment.. Everything we needed with nothing we didn’t need.
