DO NOT PLACE ANYTHING YOU BRING IN THEIR REFRIGERATOR IN YOUR ROOM THEY CHARGED US $100 to place 3 cola colas in the fridge!!! You are kidding me!! We knew water would be kind of expensive but NOT $51.00 for 2 waters? Really? We lived here in vegas over 20 years, our first husband and wife get away and last!
Our first stay at Aria (after many years at Mirage, which is leaving MGM) was absolutely wonderful. Comfortable, clean room with a great view, excellent food and bar options (loved especially Javier's and Din Tai Fung), friendly and helpful staff, and fun gambling options (video poker and slots). We came with several family members and everyone had a great time. (highlights for them were the pool and poker room) We will return for sure.
Lovely hotel in a good spot. Staff all friendly and professional. The only warning I would have is: avoid eating or drinking anything on offer in the room. Only found out on checkout that the charge for two 1L bottles of water was $51.50! I saved the receipt, as I’m sure people won’t believe me when I get back home! A shame that such outrageous prices just leave you feeling like you’ve been conned.
Checked in online but had to collect room key on arrival. My room was ready on arrival at 1230. Aria has a great location, with a CVS just a short walk away. Rooms are large and comfortable. The bed was great. Large bathroom. Plenty of good restaurants on site. Wifi was fast. Friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again.
The hotel is completely overrated. We've been to Vegas many times, but never to Aria. This time, Aria should be the last great stop on our trip. But our final stop was completely destroyed. Aria takes your money for everything that you even didn’t think to use or take without any notification. The sensors in minibar are a scam. You cannot use refrigerator. Multimedia connection panel doesn’t work. You can overpay for a view of the Strip, but the view will be through dirty glass, etc. Everywhere bad smell. A "modern" smart room system looks like a 10-year-old system with outdated tablet. And many other terrible things. This hotel is one big empty pathos. Many motels offer better service for much less money. Just stay at any other hotel and avoid and don't overpay for Aria. It's not worth the money.…
Whole staff of resort are just not of any use. They are simply protecting their property and not caring about customers. They dont know the way how to talk with guests.Just not satisfied with your staff. PLEASE be careful from next time.
The white comforter had stains on it. Not what you would expect at a high end resort. I had to re-request a receipt of my stay, wasn’t emailed as promised. Got the receipt and had been charged $24.75 for refreshment center purchase that I didn’t do. I had a total of 3 charges - and only had purchased 2 diet cokes for $13.75 each. Just a lot of hassle. Not impressed at all with the resort.
Such a beautiful facility, most of the staff was very friendly, felt safe and secure. I wanted a hotel to take my teen and feel safe. This was such a wonderful facility. The casino was nice, I liked the security at the elevators 100% of the time, the pools were beautiful and it was easy to get a spot in the sun and the shade. There were many restaurant choices and it was so nice to have easy and convenient food in the hotel. I would stay here again. In fact, I wouldn't stay anywhere else.
The best! Super clean and gorgeous room. Loom the auto curtains and tub. Lovely and comfortable bed. The only down side is trying not to touch the bar as not to receive a charge. If you bump a water on it, you will be charged $25. Don’t touch it and head to the close Walgreens for some necessities while there. It’s expensive at aria but super worth it! Thanks Aria for a lovely few nights during our wedding celebration. Also check out the spa which is fantastic as well! Dear Vegas, please get coffee pots in the rooms…..
Aria is pricey but we don’t treat ourselves often so we went with it. We loved it. We checked in around 10 am of a Thursday and we were told the only room available is on the first floor ( less than ideal). I tried to slow play it but the lady at the check in wasn’t having it, meaning we could leave our stuff with guest services. I took our room key etc to one of the guys at services and explained to him I am a veteran staying at the hotel for 4 days, boom up to the 28th floor we went. The hotel’s amenities are really nice but 100% make sure you book well ahead of time if you plan on eating at one of the nicer restaurants. We snuck into Javier’s on a Thursday but the rest of the time you weren’t getting in on a weekend without a reservation. We did eat a Lemonweed (I think that’s the name) and was not a fan. Javier’s was outstanding. I used the gym one day, it’s massive and has all the equipment you could want. The gym also has apples if you want to eat some fruit. We had breakfast at the 2 nd level Starbucks daily and for 2 coffees and two sandwiches you’ll pay about $30 usd. We loaded up on alcohol on the way to our hotel. We did gamble (electronic blackjack) and made around $350 usd. Drinks are free if you’re gambling but the service was VERY slow. Loved the hotel, the view from our room was amazing and the bed was super comfy. The beer fridge situation is odd, I opened it to check if there was room and apparently if you move any item (move it, not eat it) you will be charged. We fills plastic bags up with ice daily. We also checked out the pool but it was 15 c and although it looked nice we decided to check out other things. Enjoy…
