We had the two bedroom suite. Very spacious ..clean .. full kitchen ..balcony..nice thick towels..bed was comfy. The only thing I didn’t like was the parking cost and parking is limited. No smoking property even with the balcony..
Stayed here to connect to a flight home for a night. Room was tasteful, clean, very comfy and the staff was great. We utilized the Bell Captain for help with a cab and stored our luggage while doing some sightseeing. Everyone was absolutely fantastic. Will stay here again.
Overall, nice, clean, friendly place to stay close to strip (with no casino). We were disappointed to find ourselves in a room (with an "a" at the end) that appeared to be an add room for a larger suite (we literally had a double sized sofa bed rather than an actual bed - NOT comfy).
Excellent service and clean rooms a short block off the strip. One room asa bit dated, but the other room was newly appointed. Don't let the dueling entrances confuse you, the Polo Towers are an excellent value.
The murphy bed studio is small. As owners since 1994, we can see difference in staff, services, cleanliness under the new owners. We reserve our comments for them. They have yet to ask for a review. We hated having to pay $15 to 3rd party for parking and PT underground parking is only for valet at $20 per day.
It has been a while since my last stay at Polo. Their resort fee was around 15 + tax in 2015, 17+ in 2017 and 20+ in 2019. Now in 2022 it is 26+. With inflation and everything I think it does make sense; however, this year they no longer offer free parking and rooms are always packed (so don't expect free upgrades). This will translate into an extra 16 dollars per day if you are renting a car. There are always a lot of people in the lobby level as they have their daily Hilton Vacation sale pitch on site. Their rooms, especially bathroom are rather aged. In the room I stayed the shower floor was peeled. Although the resort amenity are still decent (gym, pool, etc.), beware of their room quality. Overall, it is centrally located. If you don't spend a lot of time in the resort that's totally fine; else I recommend spending a little more and stay elsewhere.…
We had a comfortable relaxing time at the polo towers. Excellent location. Great view of the strip from our balcony. It's about in the center of the strip so walking wherever we wanted to go was easy.
We stayed at the Polo Towers for a week and the room had all the basic amenities that you would expect in a one-bedroom condo. The staff reached out daily to make sure that we had everything we needed. The location was a quick two-minute walk to the strip.
As an owner of a week at the resort, I was very disappointed with my visit. Service is lacking. I didn't much care for the room choice I was given. Bell desk was unhelpful. Had to take my own luggage down and ended up getting locked out of the room. Spent 15 minutes at the front desk trying to get back into my room so I can take my own luggage down.
Only in town for a few days to attend a wedding. My room was booked for me so was astonished when I went to check in that I was required to provide a $250 dollar deposit plus a additional $112 dollars resort fee! Over $300 dollars out of my account before I even got into the room, not exactly welcoming. The room itself was fine with a small kitchen area, balcony and bathroom with a shower. The bed was a fold out from a couch which I didn’t understand why there was the lack of a proper bed? But it was super comfy and lots of lovely soft pillows. The room was clean and comfortable and I would look at staying here again as the location is great. I just think it’s excessive to change a single guest $250 deposit.
