I was never told about the hidden charges, good thing I had a little extra money. The staffer didn't want to discuss the charges, gave the paper to me and sent me on my way. The hotel room was dirty, maid folding towels on the floor, no picture of that. Food behind the nite stand and in the air conditioner,...

British traveller expected better of so called American service. There are 2 types of rooms in this hotel the Courtyard and The Tower. If you are in the Courtyard then unlucky. Smelly outdated rooms and long walks. The Tower however is clean and modern. Hidden charge of $16 per night.. for what?? You have to pay $5 a day for...

I booked for an overnight stay last Dec. 28-29, 2012 at the Palace Hotel and Casino Las Vegas, Nevada, over the phone.. I was told the rate will be at $59.00 a night including tax will be $64.69. Upon my check in I was surprised I need to pay another & 14.00 for the Resort Fee( Take Note-Palace is out...

Over 16 dollars of unwanted fees which they say are not taxes or the room charge. This is rediculous. Try someware else. Atleast a resorts from RCI branded would tell you that there is a $50 cleaning fee.

This is a truly "special hotel". I have booked hundreds of hotels in US. This hotel is the "only one" that will charge you extra $16 service fees when you checked out. You booked from priceline.com and paid tax and fees on the website. When you check out from the hotel, the hotel will charge you extra $16/room/night for shuttle...

Hotel is a deceiving Rip-Off. We chose this Hotel for it's combination of Free Airport Shuttle and Free Wi-Fi, but could understand the $14 Resort Fee for all of that Service. We Calculated the Resort fee in. But when we heard that the Airport Shuttle changes the Schedule all the time, and the pickup points, we felt utterly cheated. The...

We recently attended a conference for 3 nights at the Palace Station. I was a little worried based upon some of the previous comments, however I found most of the negatives to be not true, or misunderstood. First this property is geared toward locals. It is NOT a strip hotel. There are two distinct parts, a tower and a motel...

We attended my company Christmas party at the Palace Station. Great party (except the house wine, more on that later), great room, love the Starbucks, excellent food in the cafe. Room was awesome. Very quiet. Linens, soap/shampoo/conditioner/lotion were excellent. We only had one bath towel but the delivered more in about 15 minutes after calling the desk. My disappointment: the...

I stayed at this hotel while attending a conference for work. It's right off of I-15 and easy to find. The property is nice. There are several choices for restaurants on the property (and right across the street), a Starbucks right by the elevators and a nice gift shop. I stayed in a tower room, which was wonderful! Large shower...

I stayed in this hotel for 6 days. We arrived at noon, even though check in is at 3pm. We checked in, but they refused to give us a key until 3pm, even though we had been traveling since 3am. In other hotels we have been given a room before their check in time as a courtesy. Anyways we waited...
