my father and i are frequent guests at our favorite las vegas property, and are always treated like extended family,on every visit. from the time we pull up to the valet desk, drop our off bags to the bell staff, and our always quick check in, to the time we leave, we experience excellent customer service 24/7. rooms are clean, elevators are quick, and security is tight and always friendly and super professional.dad enjoys participating in the slot tournaments. the staff that runs every aspect of the tournaments are super organized, friendly, and true pros.we have had the benefit of attending two of the awards banquets, and they are so over the top well done that we cant wait to go back. the food and beverage service is absolutely excellent. 5 stars for the orleans las vegas!!!!!

This is the only we place we ever stay when we visit, my wife demands it!!! We love the pool, the size of the rooms, the restaurants, the entertainment, and variety of machines. My wife loves The Orleans better than South Point or any other place we have stayed. We have been coming here for years and when it is suggested to try another spot she says "then we are not going". The Mexican restaurant has the best salsa and bean dip, and all the staff from the hotel to the casino are all top shelf! We are never disappointed and know that every time we come for a visit, we will have a good time guaranteed! My wife and I can't say enough, and if she could, she would live there. The Orleans is our Vegas spot!

Our room was beautiful and the group weekly rate we got was fantastic! We decided to not stay the weekend because the rates jumped up to an unbelievable amount! Room was very clean and roomy. Every request, question, reservation change we made was handled with great professionalism and friendliness. Everything you need is in this hotel, bowling alley, movie theater, gambling, restaurants, etc, yet they also provide shuttle service to the strip. Will be back to Las Vegas and plan to stay here

Rooms were nice and clean. A very good value for what we paid. Service at front desk and buffet were excellent. Only had one problem. On our first day we were awakened by construction noise. Sounded like it was right next to us but looked in the hall and nothing going on. Must have been above or below us. Put up with it for an hour, then the "drilling" started, like drilling through cement. Then 2 drills started and we could not even talk in our room it was so loud. The front desk moved us to another floor with no problem, but guests should have never been put where this type of construction was going on.

Busy Thursday night on checkin. The staff was there enmasse and moved the crowd through efficiently, friendly and in good humor considering the huge back log. The rooms were very nice and roomy - everything worked that was suppose to have, Had all the items expected. At check out all went well. The smoking was undercontrol and kept where it was suppose to be. We'll be back.

My husband and I have stayed at the Orleans many times over the past several years. We try to get there about 3 times a year because it is such a comfortable and friendly place. This was our first New Years trip to Vegas so we wanted to stay where we felt at home. We had friends come with us and they also stayed at the Orleans. We had purchased tickets to the New Years party in the Prime Rib loft. It was terrific. The staff was wonderful. They were all so friendly, especially our waitress Carmen. The food was fantastic and I would love to do it again. We had an easy check in and a speedy check out. We were pleasantly surprised at how efficient the service was do to the amount of people in Vegas for the New Years eve celebration. Our friends could not believe how good they were

We liked our stay at the Orleans and the staff was extremely friendly. Only issue I have is that they charged us a resort fee when the pool was closed for the season. Why charge a resort fee when the main reason for the fee is for the pool and extra amenities that are considered above and beyond what a normal hotel would provide. Good hotel for kids and they have a "Kids Tyme" area where you can drop your kids off where they only charge $8/hour for babysitting. You must bring the children's immunization records/card though due to local day care rules. My 8 year old daughter loved the play area. Room are relatively larger than the rooms that you can get from other hotels on the strip.

This is truly an enjoyable place to visit !! Rooms are spacious, clean, and reasonably priced. A refrigerator and microwave would be nice additions, though. A great variety of gaming options with dealers that are friendly, knowledgeable and accurate The players club has a number of benefits which don't necessarily require you to be a high roller to take advantage of. This is a terrific place for the low roller who wants to have fun at a reasonable price
