I'm in Las Vegas 2 weeks a year. The last couple of trips we have stayed at the Westgate. I spent 8 nights there this last trip and was on a first name basis with Susan in the hotel. She seemed to have the late shift almost every night but was extra nice and took great care of me and...

Black Jack dealer, Cherish and her bit boss Erika were absolutely wonderful. Great attitude and personalities and professionalism. Almost didn't mind losing money. When playing at a casino one always wants to feel like they are treated as a valuable customer, whether winning or losing and not all staff at any casino treat you that way. These two were great.

My friends & I chose to check this hotel out because we were interested in purchasing a timeshare. Upon arrival we were told they couldn't accommodate my request because they don't accept debit cards. When I booked the room they told me they did accept debit cards. Once they figured everything out & I finally got to my room I...

We got a DEAL on this place through our vacation club. But from the moment you check in, every 100 feet through the main floor lobby... someone is asking, "Have you gotten your free gift yet?" So of course they sign you up for a free breakfast and a timeshare presentation... the room is pretty cool... makes you think you...

Really pleased with three exceptional staff members that helped us with our group reservation. They are Craig Malkey, Chris Duperne and Bambi Samper. Next time I'll know who to call on. All three were very friendly and accommodating. Five stars across the board!

The hotel rooms are gradually all being updated. Watch out for upgrading - - the price they quote is not the price of the room, it is the ADDITIONAL to the regular room rate. Then, whatever room rate you finally decide on they have an obligatory "resort fee" of $25 they add on, all subject to sales tax, all of...

We stayed here for five nights (Fri - Wed) and have good and bad things to report. The check-in process (at 9pm) went fairly smooth. There was a long line, but they had 6 people working registration so it went pretty quick. I will say that checking out was confusing. I was charged for 6 nights (what I had reserved)...

The sports book is a great place to bet on all sports. It's comfortable with lots seating. It has the most tv monitors of any sports book in Las Vegas. Employees in the sports book are friendly and helpful if you have questions. Lori Jackson was helped with an issue with a mistake I made on a bet. She was...

We spent five days at the Westgate in a King suite on the 19th floor. The rates are reasonable. The room and the entire facility was very nice and the location off the Strip is much quieter than being in the middle of town. We didn't use it but there is a Monorail stop at the hotel. You can get...
