From the newly renovated Flamingo Rooms to a wealth of dining and entertainment choices, Flamingo proves "fabulous is forever." With classic Las Vegas style and flair, it continues to be one of the Strip’s most-visited resort destinations. Outside, guests enjoy acres of waterfalls, winding pools and lush foliage at the Lagoon Pool and Wildlife Habitat. For adults, venture to GO Pool Dayclub for a high octane vibe and contemporary look and feel. Inside, enjoy performances ranging star siblings Donny & Marie to comedians. Diners can enjoy go tropical at Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville or simply go all out at the Paradise Garden Buffet. Flamingo is also the home of the world's first Margaritaville Casino, a Parrothead paradise straight out of a Jimmy Buffett album. For those on the go, the new Flamingo Food Court hosts a variety of eateries from the all-American menu at Johnny Rockets to a taste of the Orient at Pan Asian Express.

Excellent assistance with kiosk check in. Was upgraded to a mini suite with 6 beautiful full length Windows overlooking the strip. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom with double sinks. Mini frig. Very satisfied with everything Flamingo had to offer!!

I am all for the legalization-but Las Vegas needs some oversight! I stayed at the Flamingo hotel recently. The check in process was ok-busy-but understandable. Lobby and Casino areas were fine. However, our room had a connecting door to a room next door. The occupants of that room never left and "hot-boxed" the whole time we were there so our room REEKED of weed! We called to complain several times and the staff were unconcerned and offered no options to alleviate the illegal activities going on in the room next door. Also, we never left a sign on the door that said not to clean-we were there from Sunday to Thursday-our room was never cleaned. We had to call them and tell them to come clean it one evening at 7. I would not recommend staying here simply because the staff does not seem to really care about you or helping you. Also, it makes me wonder what other illegal activities they are willing to overlook.

The hotel room I was given was not the one i had paid for (Got a queen double when i paid for a king single) and my room reeked of cigarettes despite it being a no smoking room. Service didn’t help at all when i approached them about it and basically told me to “deal with it.” Don’t go here unless you are hoping to be scammed.

Arrived on Thursday afternoon with easy online checking and received keys via the kiosk. Room was clean. In room toiletries were missing. No hand soap was available and dispenser with soap in shower was empty. Requested replacements and bars of soap were delivered but body wash never filled. Many elevators and never a wait. Sweet lady working with the flamingos and fish (I can’t remember her name but she grew up in Ohio) gave us some great tourist advice ans even walked us out to the street to give us directions. Saturday afternoon I needed to print off tickets and the business center was either closed or didn’t exist (not sure) and Benjamin at one of the desks was very helpful and finding a manager that would print them in the back. Because the lobby is a casino, it’s pretty smoky all the time (something I’d expect). Biggest issue with our stay: Sunday afternoon walked down to pool. Forgot my id in the room (I’m 51) and security wouldn’t let me in adult pool.OK, head to family pool which was closed…on a Sunday??? Heard different reasons of why but never confirmed. Head to get my id and call to speak with management. Operator would not initially direct my call but rudely explained I needed to be quiet so she could talk. She informed me I wasn’t paying for the pool anyway. (There is a $42 a day resort fee). Super rude and ZERO care that I was a customer. Then to really help the situation, security to get into the pool was as rude. Dig through my friend’s purse touching all her things (there was no hand sanitizing between customers so any germs on the people before were then deposited into her purse). When she said “hey, I’m not really in to you touching all my stuff” he replied “then you don’t have to come into the pool”. Anyway, entered pool where not even a cup of tap water is allowed in to find few chairs that we Didn’t have to pay to sit in. So, an entire pool was closed and there were very, very limited seats (people were laying on the cement) yet they still had dozens of “for rent” seats empty. This is poor customer care/appreciation. See photo regarding pricing for a drink or even a bottle of water). To note, not all security at the pool were jerks, just the guy doing the moderate pat downs at the gate. I spoke with management later in the evening and was refunded one days worth of resort fees. {eye roll here}. Second complaint, WiFi is $14.99 a day additional if you have more than 2 devices. {insert another eye roll here}. Last complaint, on 3 occasions in 4 night stay, we had an issue getting hot water. Ugh. Will be back to Vegas, will not be back to the Flamingo as I can be treated with rudeness at a cheaper place.

Great casino and restaurants but the hotel is just so so. I had booked 3 rooms, none of them were together. I needed to call the front desk to send housekeeping about an issueI had in the room. 45 minutes later I had to call again and 45 minutes later they finally showed up. I wouldn’t stay here again.
