I honestly love the Hard Rock hotel chains, we generally choose to stay at them. However, this has to be our worst experience ever, and I mean ever. Firstly, it took us 2 hours to check in. My husband called the hotel 2 weeks prior to our stay to ensure we would have 1 king size bed, as we were...

My husband and I have stayed at the Hard Rock twice before and loved it which is why we decided to book another stay this past weekend. VERY DISAPPOINTED! I know the HR is known for partying hard but our room looked as if it had been partied in and only lightly cleaned. The bathroom had hair bits around the...

Loved it. Though the hotel fee is obnoxious. The people that work here are very nice especially at the casino. Was disappointed that the front desk told me one price when I checked in and then charged me another when I checked out. Shady move...

Stayed at the Hard Rock blindly as we got a terrific deal from a website. Last time we had visited the Hard Rock was roughly 12 years ago when it was still relatively new and a trendy place to be. Today - it's clear they're hurting for business and although our rate we very inexpensive, we're once again reminded that...

I had a great experience here last year, Mar '14. I stayed in the HRH All Suites Tower non pool side. Staying in the All Auites Tower there is a special entrance and check in desk. Makes you feel a little more special!! Had a great view of the airport, not as bad as it sounds. It really was pretty...

Room was not ready at 3, I understand check in is between 3-5 and the desk agent told me to come back at 3 because my room would be ready by then. When I finally got to the room it was clearly not vacuumed and there was broken glass on the floor. We went to play Black Jack and the...

I would definitely stay at the Hard Rock experience was great. Only downside is our sheets were not clean. When we got to our room after dinner had a relaxing bath in the spacious tub. Pulled the sheets bk there was stains on the linens and the pillowcase had some kind of disgusting stains plus hair on the sheets. The...

Hello, Me and my wife stayed here for two nights, we were here to celebrate my birthday but rather then enjoying our time we were fighting bed bugs. The hotel is not that clean as I thought would be, the service is really slow and we got dirty towers. The shower was also not working properly and it's just so...

I was in Vegas for business and we stayed at the Hard Rock...it definitely appeals to a more edgy crowd (which is not really me) but the variety of options of things to do without leaving the property is nice. If you want real Mexican food, try the Pink Taco restaurant which is on the property. Rooms are nice, bed...
