The Golden Nugget is very nice i felt like I was in one of the nice hotel's on the strip. Definitely a 4 star hotel. So if you want a good hotel with no worries of bed bugs when you want to slum it on Fremont which is very fun by the way the Nugget is first class!!!

Look out for the "Resort Fee" you have to pay after you already paid $75 in "Fees and taxes" in addition to the $13 service fee they charge through the online reservation service you use when booking a room through the Golden Nugget Website. So $150 a night (too much for a downtown casino on a weeknight) for two nights...

After traveling all day, we finally get to the hotel to check-in our room and we requested to have a room with a view and they told us that they couldn't give that to us (instead we had a view of a garage parking). As we opened the door there was broken glass and 2 pills laying on the floor,...

One thing I like about the Golden Nugget are the rooms. Located strategically to the World Mart and conveniently to the older part of Vegas gives this location a thumbs up... I come here each year, the restaurants are always busy, but well worth the wait...

Golden Nugget would fit in perfectly on the Strip, with its airy casino, newly furnished rooms and modern decor and amenities. I was upgraded to a room in the Rush Tower and it was clean and fresh. While some older properties have that funky smell to it, Golden Nugget does not. Having been to Vegas close to a dozen times,...

My stay was impromptu extension of my birthday trip to Vegas. I remembered an offer for 2free nights. The reservation hotline was honestly the most enjoyable hotel reservation process I've ever had. Jamie was warm, welcoming, and polite. Once she saw my birthday was going to be during the stay, I was out in the Rush Tower and upgraded. Upon...

We love staying at the Nugget when we visit Las Vegas. The staff have always been accommodating. We stayed in the Rush Tower in 2014 and it was lovely. This time we stayed in the Gold Tower with a Junior Suite and it too was great. Sure, it's loud but that's Fremont Street. The resort fees are high, however most...

Upgrade to Rush Tower disappointing. Looked great but only two power outlets in room, none by bed, hidden port on credenza and nowhere to plug in coffee pot! Lighted magnifying mirror in bathroom had broken on/off switch.

I had not stayed downtown in years. We booked the Golden Nugget and if I stay downtown again this is where I'll stay. It has the same feel as the nice strip hotels and the same amenities. Our room was great. If you have not been downtown in a while its worth the trek. Lights, street performers, lots of places...

I need to preface this by saying this was our first real Las Vegas trip.... we are non smokers so being given a non-smoking room that still smelled of cigarettes was a big turn off from the start. I also upgraded to a "view room" which our view was of a parking lot. I didn't complain because it seemed to...
