There is no where else in Vegas to stay for business when you want a clean, comfortable place to stay with zero distractions. If you are in town for something at the convention center you simply walk across the street which means avoiding the long taxi lines, etc. Plus, when you walk in the front door, there is always a...

The front desk service was very nice. The property is a bit on the older side, but it's kept up nicely with decently remodeled rooms. A comfortable mattress and ample parking. Very close to the monorail stop and the convention center.

We went to a concert at the T Mobile arena so took Lyft from this hotel to the strip. It is around $15 a ride in a cab too. We stayed on a holiday weekend and it was a Saturday night, but this place is not worth $200...clean and ok, but worn. Tyler at the front desk was awesome -...

Dear Melinda P, Thank you for your recent review of our hotel. I am happy to hear you found the hotel clean and Tyler provided you excellent guest service. The weekends, specifically Saturday nights, do get busier throughout the city which plays a role in room rates. We hope we can host you again in the near future. Sincerely, Casey...

The guy working the front desk when we got in was great (Tyler.) Super friendly, hooked us up with some snacks, and was all around helpful. Our room is pretty standard (no complaints) but wasn't as clean as I'd like: there was some kind of stain on the shower curtain that looked suspiciously like dried blood, one of our towels...

This is a relatively isolated hotel directly across from the Convention Center and Monorail station. It is a typical, no-frills Courtyard with an outdoor pool. There are not many food options around so you are stuck with limited options for lunch. Clean, quiet, etc. The only aspect of this Courtyard that reminds you of being in Vegas is that peculiar...

If you are looking for a good, clean, comfortable hotel off "The Strip" and close to the Convention Center, you can't do better than the Marriott Courtyard. The beds are comfortable, the shower spray is way better than most hotels, and the Monorail station is right across the street.

I'm only rating it a 3 because it is just an average marriott courtyard - nothing outstanding about it. Yes, it's clean, and maintained, but that's it; it's average for a courtyard property. One downside - being a convention hotel and so close to the airport (a 7-10 minute drive from the airport), it really should have a complimentary airport...

We really enjoyed our stay at this Courtyard. It was right across the street from the monorail, so it was easy to get to the strip without a rental car.
