I have been to Planet Hollywood many times on my visits to Las Vegas. But this was my first time staying in one. It was just completely underwhelming. I get it in the sense that when guests book through a third party they seem to just put those people on a lower tier. And give them whatever crap room is available. But it was just completely disappointing that it wasn't at least clean. On the surface it seemed fine. But as I surveyed and especially the shower in the bathroom. It was not clean at all. There was hair on the shower walls. Lord only knows what else wasn't clean even though it looked that way. When I checked in the bathroom basically smelled like Clorox so I figured they just put a bunch of Clorox everywhere and call it a day. Also my TV didn't work at all. I had called maintenance round 4:00 p.m. and never showed. I had to go downstairs to the front desk to get that sorted out. Not that TV is a big deal but it should be working. But the worst of everything even aside from the dirty shower was the freezing room. The heat was not working and it was cold for the three nights I was there. I cranked up the thermostat to 90 and still no heat would come through it was just cold-ish air. I think the only good thing I can say is that it was a very big room lots of space. I did speak to someone at the front desk to alert them with the non clean bathroom. Also when I checked out I told them about the room and how I was not pleased. They did take off one night of Resort fee but now I'm thinking about I should have asked for two nights Resort fees comped. Not to mention that my room wasn't cleaned once the while time I was there. Even though I did opt for it when I first checked in at the kiosk.

Hotel's Favourite
I must admit I wasn't expecting much of this hotel after reading a lot of negative reviews but I couldn't fault it. We arrived on Sunday evening and there was plenty of staff on hand to help with check in. We had a king hip room with views overlooking the pool and the Bellagio hotel/fountain. The room was spacious with an iron, ironing board, hairdryer etc. I wasn't expecting any room cleaning or fresh towels but had room cleaned and new towels every single day of our 5 night stay. The hotel is very clean and modern with a good selection of bars and food halls and obviously you've got the miracle mile as well. We had a great breakfast in the Planet Hollywood cafe. This hotel is in an excellent location with a bus stop outside and within walking distance of all the major hotels. I would definitely recommend this hotel. We absolutely loved it.

Check in was a challenge. Very long lines and only 3 staff with one of them constantly helping another, so mostly just two staff checking dozens of customers in and with a bunch of machines that are not easy to navigate through if they worked at all. At check in we were asked if we wanted housekeeping and we said yes, each of the 5 days please. At day 2 with still no housekeeping I called and was told everyone went home. Next day. still no service until I really complained. then our room was cleaned. I asked an employee what extra I was getting for the 50% increase in Resort Fees and she said I was getting 50% more ripped off. No more truer statement made. Just charge more for the damn room. Room was dirty when we arrived. A clump of hair in the bathroom sink, dirty bathroom floor, soap scum and mould in the shower. Three pillows where two were hard, lumpy and old and the other had no shape, like sleeping without a pillow. Got Covid while in Vegas and had to leave a day early but would not receive a refund on the night, which I was OK with me for the room cost but struggled with paying the resort fee when I wasn't even in the resort. Sorry, it is mandatory. Seems a bit expensive to charge $54 for only two connections to the internet, of which my iPad was constantly being dropped and I had to delete the connection, reboot my iPad and resign in. A bit tedious 3 or 4 times a day. You pay so much more for so much less. Service was very slow. Having said that, under the circumstances of the owners charging more and not having near enough staff, the staff were fantastic, all over Vegas. Truly dedicated employees to customer service, under such deplorable, short staffed, over worked conditions. I get prices go up but there is no excuse for such poor service due to lack of staff while charging more. I have stayed at Planet Hollywood quite a few times but this will be the last time I ever stay there.

Room was great- loved the view (we got the fountain view) & soaker tub. Easy to navigate from our room to strip or to get an uber. Also nice to be ear the miracle mile shops- plenty of affordable bar & food options. But wish our room had a microwave & white noise machine

The room was huge and so was the bathroom. There was a huge soaking tub and separate shower. It may just be this time of year, but the price was extremely reasonable. The lady that checked me in was kind and accommodating. Although I booked each day separately, she made it so I didn't have to check out and check back in. I would definitely visit again.

Be patient, and have an actual person help you check in! There are a lot of conferences in Las Vegas, and we have stayed at a wide range of casino/conference hotels over the years. My husband and I had no problems with our room or any of the accommodations provided by the hotel, but I had the chance to speak with other guests that expressed varied levels of satisfaction having used a machine to check in. My husband and I waited to speak the the one person working in the reception area, and our room had everything we needed: a small fridge, great bedding, a very clean, large bathroom with quality grooming items, and a great view. The wide variety of restaurants and shops at the Miracle Mile made our visit easy and affordable. The casino was clean, with dealers wearing masks, and we got great service at several visits to both the Extras and Heart bars. The hotel has a big Starbucks, and I highly recommend grabbing some food at Earl of Sandwich. If you plan to visit Planet Hollywood, be mindful of the fact that Reception is understaffed at the moment, and you should probably wait and talk with an employee in order to have everything you want.

Planet Hollywood is the best! I have been going to Planet Hollywood for a couple of years and have always had a great overall experience. The food selection and prices in the Miracle Mile are unmatched. You can get great meals for low prices. The gaming is great and the free drinks are plenty. The location is wonderful (center strip) and gives you access to lots of other casinos a short walk away. Lastly, the price of the room is super reasonable especially if you are using your Caesars Reward card. I highly recommend Planet Hollywood.

The hotel is in the middle of everything that’s a plus. I didn’t like the check in Kiosk. The rooms were ok pillows and bed were so uncomfortable. I didn’t like the fact it wasn’t any security by the rooms elevators anyone could just get on the elevators and come up. You didn’t even have to use your room key for the elevators.

Absolutely horrendous, n 3 people care: No Bod Ee!! I booked a month or more out requesting extra pillows, didn’t get them. Check in absolute nightmare. Super dark n 1 live person, all kiosks. Had an id that was bent, kiosk wouldn’t accept it. No one to help you. Next door kiosk, people had same concerns and were visibly frustrated with this also. When help finally arrived, she said I need another id, no $hitt!?! I had some but it wouldn’t fit in kiosk slot. Get ready to shave your ankles, got there an hour before check in, BOOM $25 extra fee for “early” check in, an hour!!! You better bring extra coin, Vegas has changed; not for the better!! Wifi was a joke, super slow n constant drops, texting was primary way to get hold of anyone, that blew!! Room was handicapped, we are not. Shower bathroom flooded cuz you can’t rotate shower head n curtain was to short to contain water. Towel was shredded on 1 edge. Decor was freaky, you step out of shower n dude is staring at you, over bed 1 pics of seductive chicks above you. I texted front desk about flooding bathroom, No One Cares!!! Pess poor attitude, I have text to prove. Daily resort fee is over $50, what is that!? Room had view of roof top air conditioners n a dirty rag. We wouldn’t stay here again. Welcome to the new America

I went for a professional conference. After being up early on the east coast to get there around noon the check in was confusing with very little human interaction to ask questions. For months I had called to have my company pay for the reservation and at check-in no one had record of it and they were confused about the process and the could not take the payment information via email. The pay form had to be "faxed" not emailed. After traveling all day and looking for a bed checking in was a nightmare, and extra $50.00 to check in early before 4pm. I had tried to avoid that by calling ahead the day before but both the front desk and reservation were not knowledgeable or helpful. People answering the phone should have transferred me to "billing" to get this resolved ahead of time---this is what I eventually learned after speaking with asst hotel manager. Consider another hotel if you need service...I contacted housekeeping 4 times and they showed up 4 hours later. Even Starbucks in more expensive than usual in this hotel.
