Good hotel located on the top floors of Mandalay Bay on the strip. Large rooms well furnished. But who sleeps in Vegas. Loved the stay. But the staff at the front desk and concierge didnt match the four seasons standards. Not beyond expectations

We spent four nights at the Las Vegas four seasons, overall had pleasant and relaxing time, this is one of the few hotels on the strip without onsite casino if you are not interested in gambling. Very friendly staff, great service, breakfast, and lunch options but limited dinner options onsite.

I would definitely recommend the Four Seasons Las Vegas. It is on the upper floors of Mandalay Bay and has it’s own separate entrance. The entrance is beautiful, the lobby is elegant and the hotel is a great option for those that are not really into gambling (although you can easy go to the casino at Mandalay Bay). The staff is outstanding. Reception helped us get into our room a little early, after along flight, concierge got us dinner reservations for the same night, and the bell woman got us ice and was so helpful and friendly. You can go to the Four Seasons pool which was quiet or you can go to the Mandalay Bay pools. There are several pools including a wave pool and lazy river. Just be aware that if you want two chairs and an umbrella for shade, it’s expensive ($150). You can find some chairs in the shade (free) near the lazy river. Recommend a room with a view of the Strip, which is quite a site at night. This was a great option for a stopover on our way to Zion and Bryce in Utah.

The Four Seasons in Las Vegas was great. Unbelievably good service. Great views, great service, great food, and good drinks! The only thing I didn't like was the club on the roof top. There was club music unti 2am on weekends. However, it's Vegas and each room has a white-noise machine. It was definitely not too bad and the Four Seasons still deserves an excellent rating!

The reservation staff was excellent, and she made me feel excited even before I arrived at the hotel. The weekend valet parking crew was extra courteous and very thoughtful. The driver filled ice cold water in the car when we took our car out for dinner. This was extra nice especially in a hot dry climate like Las Vegas. The doorman greeted us by our names and was very kind holding the doors for us. The Assistant Manager, Tianna Loyer, is a master of her craft and should be training every Four Seasons Managers about “how to address customer concerns and give the best customer service that will last through generations.” I had experienced an unfortunate event the previous night and notified the front desk about it. When I got a call back from the Assistant manager, Tianna, I thought I had to explain the whole situation again which I hate to do. No, Tianna, the Amazing Assistant Manager, smartly summarized the incident so I didn’t have to. The truth is when you repeat the worst experience out loud, you go through the same experience over again which makes you more upset than before. She eliminated the unnecessary added stress. Finally, despite of the horrible experience on the first night, my family was finally able to relax even if it was just for one night. One night we will never forget for the rest of our lives. Tianna’s best customer service also extended to my son which he had already shared his experience with his friends and made positive impact on his choice of future hotels. This is the quality of customer service any company would desire to achieve. Thank you, Tianna for your marvelous care you showed our family. We have experienced the true Oasis in the Desert!
