Great casino large rooms awesome spa great restaurants and employees are A1 It's a great resort with a lot of shops and entertainment. Family friendly with fun stuff to keep the brats happy. The Casino is huge and the dealers are nice. The cocktails come often and the waitresses have mad talent. I've never left here feeling like a loser...

Las Vegas is a glamorous city, the Rio falls short! The room was clean. I Noticed there was no coffee maker,So not wanting to be charged for replacement I called Housekeeping (phone rang for quite sometime) but was told that room did not have a coffee maker and hung up. I thought that was very abrupt, but I figured they...

Thank you for the comments. We apologize for any disappointment in the casino environment. Providing the quality service our valued customers expect and deserve is our primary goal. We look forward to having another opportunity to show you how much we enjoy having you as our guest at Rio.

The room we had was nice and spacious. The pools are very nice, and the staff were helpful. The slots are very, very tight and rarely payout, the $100 seafood buffet was horrible. Stay here, eat and gamble elsewhere .

Thank you for the review. Though we are pleased you enjoyed our spacious suites and helpful service staff, we regret that you experienced an inconvenience regarding the quality of the buffet. We hope you will consider staying at Rio again on your next visit.

We're Vegas regulars - we generally stay at the Hard Rock Hotel which is a 3.5 star hotel at best, so when we had to stay at the Rio (a supposedly 4-star hotel) we didn't mind the change of plans. What we found when we got there was gruesome. The bathrooms had black mold around the toilet, just outside of...

Rooms look old and outdated. poor wifi and your phone signal is bad in the room. Parking lot will be your work station. Watch out...

Stayed at the Rio for 6 nights, four of which were comped. Lady at check-in gave me a cupcake because I was there to celebrate my birthday later in the week...nice touch. Room on the 17th floor of the Ipanema tower was roomy, quiet and comfortable. I was happy to see that they have started to serve breakfast at the...

The room was very nice, and comfortable. I was surprised at the space we have in our room. There were very good choices of food in the casino. Dim Sum, and the Pho Restaurant were very good. It would be nice to have a coffee pot in the room.

We recently went to the Chippendale's over at the Rio. This was such a fun showl This is what brought us to the Rio, though we sat down and gambled for a bit and checked out the KISS store. The bartender was very friendly and fast! He definitely helped make our night here.

Rio has grown a bit tired after so many years. The Lobby and Casino are fine and there seems to be some good restaurants. Very active but I think its because people feel a bit 'stuck' here being so far off the strip - no bridge link like from Excalibur to NYNY. While the beds were clean and so was...

Thank you for the feedback. Though we are pleased you enjoyed yourself in general, we regret any issue with the carpet and decor in your room. We hope you will consider staying at Rio again on your next visit.

Good rooms and good rates at the Rio. However it is not on the Strip but that might not be a bad thing. A buffet for 2 try 72.00. Nothing is a loss leader in Lost Wages Nevada. The evil empire of Ceasar owns the property and will collect from the peasants.
