Just a note to everyone, there used to be limited rooms available for rent nightly/weekly. The terrible company based in Florida that ran this was affiliated with the people that stole millions of dollars from the development. After years of litigation, those people were kicked off the property. DESPITE their terrible affect on the community, the HOA was able to... More

It is never a good sign when you check into your hotel/condo and there is a woman already complaining to the front desk about something to do with her room. We were moved into a room that was so smoke ridden that we ended up leaving that night and to stay at a different hotel. When we returned the next... More

For the price that we paid we weren't expecting much. I have paid hundreds of dollars for hotels on the strip that weren't as big and comfortable as The Desert Tides. Can't go wrong when you have your own kitchen, living room, balcony, premium TV, nice bathroom, and less than a mile from the strip. It has all the amenities... More

I have been living here for a six months. The rate is cheap. Some of the staff are friendly - others are not. It takes time to get things fixed, my a/c stopped working and i had to be without it all weekend and they didnt even offer me any discount If you need something fixed you have to keep... More

I have yet to see any ghetto people there most people who live there work at the Coast, Palms, and Rio hotels. The security guards are super old ha but, other than that the staff... More

I've stayed there for the past 4 years for a week each April. If you judge people by how they look then you'll probably be afraid. Most of the people who live there full time are local workers in their 20's and 30's. They smoke pot and cook out in the cool afternoon breeze. I have a brand new chevy... More

This was the worst place I have ever stayed at. My family and I were in town because of my son's hockey tournament. We stayed 4 nights, and I was terrified. This place was unsafe, I was afraid my car was going to get broken into. The first night was okay, the second night people were walking around being loud... More

I live at Desert Tides, and rent from a private owner, and we love our condo. My parents were coming into town so we decided to rent a condo in the same complex for them because it is so convenient. The condos have so much potential- they have a great layout, spacious, and are in a great location for visitors.... More

I booked this place due to the pictures that I saw. I disregarded the bad reviews since I figured most places will get some bad reviews. I made a HUGE mistake! We were traveling with another family. When we arrived we immediately started to have our doubts. First things we noticed: 1. looked seriously run down 2. Security guard was... More
