The staff goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy when staying at the Skylofts. The room is lovely. The steam shower is amazing. The Bulgari shampoo and conditioner smells heavenly. There are wonderful treats waiting for you every night when you return.

Dear Carrie843, Thank you for your kind words and for sharing your experience with us. The immersion steam shower is one of my personal favorite in-Loft features, as well as our infinity edge spa tubs. It's a perfect way to start a weekend evening, followed by a freshly brewed cup of coffee before exploring all that our city has to offer. I look forward to welcoming you again soon. Warmest Regards, Eunice Rah-Moreno

The minute I got out of my limo. I was greeted with my wonderful Host Ben and his lovely exquisitely personable Boss. I was escorted trough the VIP area and whisked up to the very exclusive top floor of the hotel. Again I was greeted with the checking people . There was no lines, no waiting, and no fuss. I was greeted at the door by my butler, hosts, and bellmen . I was escorted into the most spacious, clean , BeautIdyl, and spectacular suite. It was not easy to impress me but I was beyond impressed and grateful for the wonderful service. As I walked into the room, the bellman proceeded to bring my valise up to the bedroom. My butler asked if I want champagne or a mimosa. I graciously declined because I am allergic to alcohol . He then poured me a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice which was simply refeshing after my long flight . On the dining room table we’re a variety of delectable finger sandwiches. There was 4-5 varieties of different lunch meats and vegetables options. Next to the sandwiches were 4 bottles of Fiji water which is my favorite . There were also a bowl of beautifully selected exotic fruits peeled and cut of different vibrant colors. I loved the dragon fruits and pineapples. They were my favorites. As I climbed the stair up into my bedroom, I noticed how clean and perfect everything was. The attention to details were astounding. The bed was facing the spectacular humongous tall windows. The bathroom was like a spa in itself. There were forest rain shower heads as well as horizontally spray shower heads to give you a 360 degree of washing. The tub was a mini jacuzzi white it infinity drop. The closet itself was an equivalent of a massive hallway . The next day I had a reservation at the Mansion for breakfast. I was escorted to the restaurant by my butler Misty to ensure that I won’t get lost. She was also inquiring what I need for the evening . I informed her that it would be lovely to have my bath drawn around 6 pm prior to dinner . I might be the Baron of Botox but I was treated like a King . I had a marvelous and unforgettable experience here at the Skyloft suite

From the moment you arrive, you can tell that staying at MGM Skylofts will be a different experience. A host greets you outside, takes you up to the 29th floor and assists in getting you settled. The Skylofts have contemporary furniture and are quite spacious. The walk in shower was one of the highlights with multiple showerheads washing you everywhere. Butler service is available 24 hours, and you can order virtually anything from room service as Skylofts has their own kitchen. From the service, to the quiet room and hallway, you are transported to a very relaxing stay away from the craziness of the casino.

Room was outdated, TVs were small, no bidet, outdated iPhone connections, snacks and drinks were overpriced, did not receive rewards, location was bad, and room was hot (temperature was inaccurate). Staff was friendly, and cleaners were fast and good, but everything else was very low tier compared to other hotels. Would not recommend, you could definitely find somewhere bettter.

We lost water in our loft at 6 in the morning. I had an appointment to get to in Pahrump, Nv. Approx 1 hour out of Vegas. The solution was a shower in another room, this would work if I didn’t need to be somewhere at a certain time. My only problem is, they didn’t apologize or offer anything in compensation for my inconvenience. Imagine going to a classroom after spending a night in a casino and not having the ability to take a shower. I know 1st world problems, but when you spend this kind of money for a room, you do have a level of expecting a shower in the morning.

This was my fourth stay in Vegas, previously once at Luxor and twice at Paris in normal rooms. I'm putting value at four because I don't believe in absolute perfect scores for everything, but it's darn close. Definitely a splurge for the most expensive room I've ever stayed in, but worth it.
Room amenities are fabulous, with a deep overflowing tub you can easily have water up to your neck in. The steam shower was huge.
Staff was beyond attentive in every respect. As just one example, I came back one evening to a fresh tube of toothpaste next to the almost empty one I'd been squeezing the last couple uses out of.
Being able to take breakfast at the MGM Mansion was delicious icing on the cake. Multiple waiters never missed a thing, they did a great job simulating a bottomless cup of tea.
Never staying anywhere else in Vegas again.

I expected a 5 star hotel experience with a $1200 price tag for a two bedroom loft in Las Vegas. Unfortunately, my stay at the MGM skyloft was a huge disappointment. The only positive experience from the hotel was the courteous service our family received from the butlers and staff, but not the concierge team.
Areas that need improvement:
1) The room itself was very spacious, but all the electronics were dated. We couldn't get our phones to connect with the room's blue tooth system during our even stay, even with the help of the butler.
2) Basic items that even motel 6 will provide for guests such as an ironing board, a safe, or a hot water kettle were not in our room. We had to ask our butler to send in each item if we needed anything; we found that to be extremely inconvenient.
3) Bathroom sinks were clogged sometimes and the water pressure from the shower and sink would be off sometimes, causing water to sputter in unpleasant and scary ways. Keep in mind this is a 5 star hotel, not a motel or hostel.
4) Air conditioning in the rood was extremely loud. It was so loud that our whole family did not get a single night of good sleep during our stay at the hotel. When the AC was not on, we would hear the AC condenser in the middle of the night! We have stayed at many hotels around the world, and sadly to say that this hotel had the loudest AC ever! Please bring earplugs if you plan to sleep at this hotel.
5) Self parking service was a disaster. We paid for self parking and our room card was supposed to be activated with that feature. We have tried each day entering in and out of garage, but the room card didn't work. We had 3 different members of the concierge team gave us new cards, but all of them still didn't work. At the end, one member of the concierge team said the fees for the self park ($18 per day) will be removed for us, but they still added them back on the final bill upon check out. I had to remind them again to remove these charges for me. Was there any communication at all in the concierge team???
Our family will NOT stay here again the next time we visit Las Vegas. It cannot be compared to other 5 star hotels such as ritz carlton and four seasons. I think there are a lot of better choices for hotels with $1200 a night in Las Vegas.

Everything about this stay was fantastic. The “room” is far above any I’ve ever stayed at with luxury features at every turn. I especially enjoyed the infinity soaking tub and the steam room/shower with water pressure like a car wash. The staff provides top notch service to make every stay memorable. The 2 story strip views, high above the bustle on the street, provide a wonderful relaxing ambiance.

From the moment we arrived we were met by the most welcoming, attentive staff. This was our first time at Skylofts at MGM Grand but it will definitely not be the last! The rates can get a bit pricey but you truly get what you pay for. Service was better than any other property I’ve ever stayed in Las Vegas

Everything was perfect! My aunt and I stayed in the 2 bedroom loft for nearly a week. We loved it. The staff is beyond wonderful. Our butlers Raniel and Santiago were so friendly and accommodating. Request them if you can!! The lofts are spacious and super clean. Each of the bedrooms have infinity tubs (got in it every night, bring your own bath bombs or they provide them too) and the best showers. Seriously, my hair has never been softer. Vegas has always been kind of meh for me, but staying here took it over the top. The stay was so nice, we were on the plane ride home trying to book our next stay. Once again, thank you to Raniel, Santiago and the rest of the Skyloft staff for making our stay perfect.

It's best to tip your butler after each service. Butlers work shifts not guess but it is 24 hour butler service. How much you tip depends on your service. as an example, when we ask for ice to be delivered to our room I would tip them 5$, but as I mentioned tipping is personal and up to the person receiving service, but tip after each service.
