From the moment we arrived at the Platinum we were greeted by a cordial staff who helped with the luggage and escorted us to our rooms. The pool was a bit chilly and we reported it. One of the most professional, thoughtful and kind person we instantly met was Leonardo. He addressed our pool concern and for the remainder of our stay the pool water was very comfortable. The indoor-outdoor pool was spotless. We saw Leonardo the next day and he inquired about the pool and our continued comfort. Such a sincere and warm-hearted person. My daughter reported an issue with the water in her room and again Leonardo responded quickly with tools and ladder in tow. The issue was remedy quickly and with a positive and caring attitude. Dinner at the Platinum bar and grill was wonderful. The waitress was attentive, quick to meet our needs and the food came out warm and timely. Excellent service. And so here is the final picture: Rooms were beautiful, awesome view and spotless. We rented two suites that were generously spacious and gorgeous!! Shout out to housekeeping !!!! Very High standards. Location a few minutes’ walk to the strip. Everything was nearby, gas, restaurants, fast food, and convenient stores. Very Safe and high tech security in the hotel. Upscale Amenities were too many to mention and with the suites came a washer and dryer...a must when you have kids. If they were condos I would have purchased one instantly. Free parking with easy in and out. "Leonardo" was an impressive young man who exemplified professionalism, competency and genuine kindness. Waitress the third night we were there ensured that our dining experience was the best. Because of her we returned two more times!! I have already recommended the Platinum to my friends and family, and we are planning a family reunion this spring. I have never written a review and it is with great pleasure that I write this one. Rent a suite...you will love it. With much respect from our family to yours.

Modern and comfortable hotel just steps from the strip, without the casino and the crowd of the strip. Our room was very large with two rooms and a perfectly equipped kitchen equipped with everything (including maxi fridge with ice dispenser). Comfortable beds, quiet and excellently soundproofed even gave us a particular view of Las Vegas: falling asleep watching the Ferris wheel lights and seeing The Sphere illuminated and changing is worth all the price paid more than adequate to the quality and services. We also tried the pool on the fifth large floor with both indoor and outdoor pool and separate whirlpool and city views. Convenient parking. Great base for visiting Las Vegas and as a departure for a trip. If I go back to Vegas for sure. Recommended!

Spacious and very well equipped suites, free parking, large swimming pool on the fifth floor, no unpleasant surprises when paying the bill, the hotel does not charge a flat rate surcharge. The Strip is a short walk away. We don't have the inconvenience of noise, while still being able to enjoy Las Vegas on foot.
Too bad the room is not cleaned every day.
Another inconvenience encountered is that homeless people are parked in the parking lot, which creates insecurity.

The hotel the people and the room are very nice. The room has what I need and it is clean. The hotel staff made me feel comfortable and always asked if there was anything they could do to help my stay. Located just off the strip this hotel gives a peaceful stay as you are just walking distance to the strip.

Located just a quick two blocks off the strip, the Platinum is a perfect place to for both short and long term stays in Las Vegas.

The check in process was painless and with a very friendly front desk staff. The complimentary bottle of wine was a nice touch as well.

The room was a one bedroom, with a large living room, full kitchen and a very nice bathroom. The in-suite laundry was a great bonus and well used. The wifi worked great and the workspace provided a great space to get some daily work done.

Used the kitchen a few times during my stay, the provided full set of cookware made making meals easy and the dishwasher made for a easy clean up.

The balcony offered a amazing strip view as well as a place to enjoy a coffee in the morning or a cocktail after a long day.

I did venture to the Tuscany Suites & Casinos as well as the Ellis Island Casino which are located next door for some take out during my stay. There was also a 7-11 and mini market located steps away from the front door.

It was nice staying at a non gaming property but still being within a 10 minute walk from the strip. Highly recommend this hotel.

We’ve come to stay at the Platinum 13 years,,in a row! We’ve tried many of the major Strip hotels over the last 30, but when we stayed at Platinum, we’ve booked our Las Vegas summertime week, and never considered any of the others!
The location( a 5 minute walk to the Strip, timed) very well maintained pool, the welcoming staff from check in to check out, the full kitchens and laundry in rooms, great views at night of the strip, and quiet Mountain View rooms( we’ve stayed in all their room levels, from Solitaire, to Princess, and Marquise suites), with great wifi service, and large TVs. As we like the non smoking, non gaming policy, it satisfies us every time we return. When we first started coming to Las Vegas, we used to come for gaming and dining choices,,,now, we come for the many eating choices, all very accessible from Platinum. Ellis Island is just next door, has great casual choices, Del Frisco’s is close by with other higher end dining, and I could go on,,but we always recommend Platinum Hotel to all our friends and family, and those who have never stayed in Las Vegas before. We’re sold on it😍😃😃

This is a hotel that I have waited a long time to visit and the wait was well worth it. The check-in was seamless. We arrived early to the hotel and was still able to check in early. I booked the reservation directly on the price was as advertised when we checked in. I had questions about the terms and the person who assisted me was SUPER. He got everything squared away, described the suite and did and online upgrade.. Fantastic. This hotel has top notch customer service, whenever we called the front desk they picked up promptly and took care of business. The hotel facilities and suite were clean. The floor was quiet. The lounge food at the hotel was well prepared, delicious and reasonably priced The suite was very spacious with a nice view of the strip. The pool area was nice. If you want snacks there is liquor store just down the street and Ellis Island Casino is almost next door with good food and great prices, and also for upscale dining there is a Lawry's. The strip is within easy walking distance. I like this hotel is a breath of fresh air. No smoky smell, it is intimate so you can enjoy the hotel without the crowd. I highly recommend this hotel. I will be back!!

From the moment we walked in the hotel we enjoyed our stay! The staff was always pleasant to work with. We received a complimentary bottle of wine at check in. The room was spacious and the view of the strip from the balcony was great! The beds and pillows were comfortable. Having a refrigerator and microwave was so helpful saving us a little money on food and drinks. Shortly after arriving you receive a text from the front desk for easy communication. We requested another blanket and coffee and it was delivery very quickly. And it’s an easy 1 1/2 block walk and you’re right on the strip. The only complaint was the pool was hot. I’m sure it’s difficult to keep it cool in 105 degree weather but there wasn’t really any relief from the heat from the water. Our whole family would absolutely stay here again!!

Overall our experience at The Platinum was average at best. This was my sixth time here in the last 10 years. It is nice to have a quiet clean hotel off the strip to enjoy. The Platinum was always my go to when not staying at other resorts. However, like MANY resorts post Covid I have found that the quality of service has slipped. Here at The Platinum that is also true. Our Iron did not work, the supply of kitchen utensils and pans was almost non existent. However it was the lack of housekeeping that really put us over the edge. It is no longer provided but must be requested. So we did. However, we still did not receive housekeeping 2 of the 5 nights we stayed. 2 of the days I had to use their IVY service to have my room cleaned at 3:30 pm in the afternoon as no one had arrived yet. The carpets are worn and need to be replaced or at a minimum steam cleaned. The water faucet in our bathroom leaked. The 2 Televisions in the room are too small for industry standards these days and need to be upgraded. The Platinum fulfills a great niche for those of us that do not want the hustle and bustle of the strip, I hope they can figure this out and once again be the place that my Wife and I Loved to enjoy. Also miss the Valet service they used to provide. Will probably return in hopes that they fix their issues. Thank you

Great hotel, impeccable, clean and well placed. Suite on the 16th floor very spacious and very well equipped (full kitchen, seating area, tv, air conditioning, wifi). Large and beautiful bathroom with shower, bath and toilet. Furnished balcony with splendid views of the Las Vegas Sphere. Outdoor (and indoor) swimming pool pleasant. Parking on site available. Breakfast not included in the price of the room damage (paid coffee machine available at the reception). Welcoming and friendly staff. I recommend without worries!
