Atmosphere lacking, Cold and Uncomfortable Room and Bed. Concierge not to my Expectations, Cold inside, Ugly Decor, Christmas Decor at Thanksgiving, Please spare me. You had to walk about 20 min. to get to inside stores venues etc. Food so so. Outside personel uncaring personalities.
The hotel is nice and well situated. The staff was very helpful. Special thanks to housekeeper Maria B. who did an amazing job on our room. The room was really comfortable, althought the decoration seems a bit dated (for my taste), it was very well equiped, calm and with a great view! + : *Direct link to the MGM Grand and the Strip through an indoor airconditioned corridor *Huge pool complex at the MGM grand *Small pools at the bottom of the signature. No sun in the morning for the pool tower 2 (which is a + for me) *View *Great service (housekeeping/valet/technical staff etc...) - : *Valet when it is busy. The entrance of the hotel is blocked and you can easily wait 15-30minutes in your car before being able to handle de keys *Opening hours of the swimming pools of the 3 towers. 9am is a bit late for people who do not want to be in the sun or who come from Europe (we were up very early in the mornings). There is no need to have 2 lifeguards for a small swiming pool. It would be better to open from 8am to 7pm.…
This was by far one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had. I called ahead to inquire about where to go to check in. I was told to check in with tower one. Upon arriving, we pulled up to tower 1 and were greeted with chaos of cars. After waiting 30+ minutes to pull up to drop off the car, we went inside to check in. There was one worker for 8 parties waiting. Sherry was a delight and doing the best she could, but she needed help. The room was beautiful and we went up to rest for a bit. Upon being ready to go out later, we went to pick up our car and there was no one at the valet. There was also a sign at the counter saying that tower 1 was closed and we’d need to go to tower 2. A heads up a check in would have been nice. We walked to tower 2 and scanned our ticket in. There were a total of 7 workers outside at the valet stand. It then took 30+ minutes to get the car to leave. The amount of waiting time here was unnecessary and not okay. Watching 7 workers stand and tell jokes while we were waiting was infuriating to say the least. Management needs to get a handle on customer service.…
usually stay at the Signature, this year was a bit more busier for Thanksgiving than the last 3, but everything worked out with check in,check outs and valet parking, they were busy, i like staying in tower 1 or 2 really easy access to loung, starbucke,Delights and the snack stand nd shorter walk to MGM
Driving through Thanksgiving traffic was not considered for early check-in at the signature MGM. Unless you pay additional cost for early check-in. After saying happy holidays while checking in to hotel clerk she did not respond back. I asked her I would like to check in and she quoted an early check in price without saying anything about other early check-in options. Hotel clerk did not smile, she made me feel uncomfortable. Waking up the next morning I needed to drink some water with my morning medication as I reached for the hotel bottle of water I discovered the seal was broken on the water bottle I was appalled with almost drinking from a used water bottle. I don’t have an issue with a nine dollar bottle of water however, some hotel guess might have that issue and may commit in unsanitary act of refilling a bottle of water to avoid paying the cost. Housekeeping should look out for things like that when an elite hotel nickel and dime quest with items that should be complementary for just staying a valued hotel guess.…
I've been going to the signature for about 10 years. Although these rooms do need to be remodeled or updated, the rooms are still great. The jacuzzi tub is awesome, and the kitchenette is convenient. I enjoy it being away from the casino and being a non-smoking hotel. One problem I encountered was a flat uncomfortable mattress. But when I brought it to their attention they swapped that mattress for a brand new one in 1 hour. Also a great value was free valet parking because last year we had to park an employee parking and then wait for a shuttle to pick us up.We really did enjoy our six nights stay this year.
Jemirth at the front desk was extremely polite, professional and really helped us with our travel needs. Such a pleasant way to begin our special weekend trip to Las Vegas. Great rooms! THANK YOU Jermirth:)
Used to be a really nice hotel. Now no one cares and they went cheap on everything (toilet paper, service, etc). Everything designed to nickel and dime - luggage carts need to be “supervised”, have to call to get robes that used to be in the room, etc.
mattress was old and sagging towels felt like sandpaper furniture had seen better days, this used to be one of my favorite properties, now it one of the worst, old dusty carpet, just remodel these rooms please
We enjoyed our stay at MGM grand signature towers. Comfortable, well appointed rooms and hood housekeeping services. Short walk to T mobile arena and the strip. Limited food services in the towers but the main MGM grand is a short walk inside the connecting corridor to multiple restaurant and dining options.
